The Sofa Cover House Avis 

I wanted to return the items. They were good quality but not suitable. I had read it was 100% money back guarantee. I had no idea I would be returning them to France and that it would cost so much. Communication was prompt and friendly.

When my one sofa cover did not fit my sofa, despite taking correct measurements, the Sofa Cover House did not hesitate to send me a replacement. Their customer service was amazing and it was such a pleasure dealing with them.

Poor product. I bought a 2 seater and a 3 seater settee cover and they just didn’t fit. Even tried the 3 seater cover on the 2 seater settee but the polystyrene rods designed to hold the covers in place just popped out the minute I sat on the settee. Also cost me £19 to return the covers to France. Thankfully they were fully refunded, contrary to many people’s experience but I did return inside the 14 day period.

Overall an impressive website is used to sell a very poor product. Don’t bother.

Lovely sofa cover & very easy to fit! Wrong colour came at first but customer service was excellent and a new cover was sent out straight away. Will definitely be using them again. 10/10

Cover is said to be for two seater sofa and I took the measurements requested and it is too small.

Very good experience dealing with you even though I needed a refund.

Good delivery time. Material too easily pulled by clothing and movement when seated so forever having to reassemble. Will do as a temporary measure and good enough as not expensive. Looks every bit of that though. The teal colour is nice. Also the teal one is made better than the red I ordered, with a better elastic base for staying in place. I won't be getting a sofa cover but it will do for the bucket chairs.

I like the design and it was fairly easy to fit. The foam strips however do not stay put. They need repositioning every time we sit on it.

Really lovely and easy to use. But we have quite a slouchy sofa so once the kids are on it, it all just comes out.

Just what we need to keep our new sofa bed safe and smart in a house with three dogs. These covers are a brilliant idea. Outstanding service too!

This is another one of those reviews: I wish I had read this before ordering.

No communication, after 2 weeks of waiting I report to Paypal. They tell Paypal they sent it and tell me they have not received the order. The saga goes on as per other reviewers here.

I stopped the conversations and escalated the case to Paypal. I will refuse the package when and if it ever arrives.

The company is clealry a scam. The Kimberley from customer services mentioned by other reviewers is clearly automated.

I thank those bothering to write reviews as I now also know the product is really poor when it does arrives. So, I can reject the package outright if it does get here.

Update: I rejected the package with the help of my postie. It comes as if from UK with a warning that the sender if not the product manufacturer but just a distributor. They have it all sorted to make it as hard as possible for you to get your money back. I kept Paypal updated on my open case, they came through and, weeks on, the money is back in my account.
