They are very disorganized and m misrepresent the quality of the pearls they sell. Make excuses regarding times in shipping and their 30 day return offered is worthless. I purchased a $3,800 strand that was poor quality and they did not want me to return for a full refund as they stated in their business model. Then told them I would contact Paypal with photos of what they showed and what they sent as well as my credit card returned the strand and received my money back. Reluctantly they refunded me! Don't make the same mistake I did!

thesouthseapeaarl.com is a rip off. BEWARE

I just got ripped off by The South Sea Pearl site: thesouthseapearl.com. I ordered Dec 13, 2025. I should have known right away when I did not receive an email confirming only a text. I called the number they provided, which does not work. Usually, I check the site before purchasing, however, I did not. I will try and reach out to my Visa and hope they can reimburse me. This site should be removed.

Still no bracelet after 1 month and fake tracking number ????

I ordered my bracelet on August 5th and it's september 10th and still nothing. The seller gave me a teacking number but it looks like it is fake because the status is still since August "label just created". And I called USPS (local post office in the US that is the final carrier for the bracelet), and they explained to me that even if the initial carrier is correo.es, usps.com will be the final carrier to my destination so they are able to track the package from the original destination and address. USPS ensured me the bracelet was never sent out, the status has still been the same even the seller keeps telling me the bracelet is currently in custom, how does he know if he can't even track it either or hasn't sent it ? I sent a message to the seller to have proofs of the bracelet being sent or I will report it to my bank and file for money back.

I ordered a pearl from this online store and haven’t had any news for a month

I ordered a pearl from this online store on July 2nd,2015. It's August 1st 2025, and the status of my order hasn't changed since then, and for a month it's been "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." Tried to reach them out via email but no response. As I’ve seen in other reviews, this always happens. I hope we can find a solution.

Level of communication is 0

I placed my order on October 15.
I never received my order.
The tracking number that was provided does not exist.
I tried contacting them they ignored 3 of my emails for all this time. Then they said that they will check and diappeared again.

I suspect it is a scam and will report them and dispute the chages on my credit card.

Update: I received my package. I still will leave my rating because of the communication level is horrible. Clients should not be left worried about their purchases.

Not Received Item

I placed an order a month ago, have not received the item and got a generic reply like the other reviewer. I am getting nervous about this company now

Extremely slow service and poor communication

TLDR: It took two months and five days plus dozens of emails and messages before the store finally delivered the ordered goods.

I ordered a pearl from this online store on November 26, 2023. It's mid-January 2024, and the status of my order hasn't changed since then, and for almost two months now it's been "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." The company is not responding to emails, not responding on social media.

Edit 23 January: After about twenty messages sent via Whatsapp, email and social media and after I wrote a negative review at Trustpilot, I finally received the tracking number and eventually the package. However, the parcel contained goods and an invoice for another customer. I am waiting for my order to be processed again. At least the response on Whatsapp was quick this time.

Edit 31 January: Finally, after 66 days, I received the shipment with the goods I ordered on November 26, 2024. The goods at first glance correspond to my order.
