I still have not received my item. It said "in stock" at the time of the purchase (10 days ago) but status is still "awaiting fulfilment".

After an initial delivery problem, I do have all of my items. The store contacted me to say they were looking into it but in the mean time the other package arrived. I do appreciate that they got back to me to make sure that everything was ok.

We received your order on 28th June both items were shipped together on the 1st July, our tracking shows that both items were delivered on 5th July @ 2:41pm.

Best customer service with worse order fulfilment
I ordered some stationary and was expecting it to arrive soon. However, I found out after 10 days of waiting that the order was not picked as the stock was not available until 3 months after. It was disappointing, which I would have rated 1 star. When I contacted customer service, they responded quickly and arranged to provide me with a refund. The customer service is a solid 5 star ! Unfortunately, even with the best customer service, time was still wasted, and I still didn't get what I need, therefore I gave a score of 3 !
