0.4mm black dry-erase marker
I was offered a marker product, but it didn't say whether it was permanent or dry erase. I complained about this, but the store asked me what the product was. I couldn't find the product in question.
Could you please tell me if you do a fine (0.4mm) black dry-erase marker.

I appreciate all your concerns but using trust pilot as a platform to find out information about a product is not a correct use of this tool.
It is usually to review a customer after you purchase items.
To answer your question - we do not have a 0.4mm black dry-erase marker in our range.

Fault with product. Service excellent.
Several of the plastic zip envelopes were unusable. A few had the pocket for the wallet card on the inside of the envelope rather than the outside. As the medical card we use is double sided we are unable to use the product. Please feedback to Marbig as manufacturer.

Product was great, postage not so much
Product was great, however with it being an Australian company and sent from Australia I was beyond surprised at how long it took to reach me. A little disappointed with this.
