You why. Excellent customer service means everything to me. After 5 orders my 6th order went missing but it was clearly the post office issue. Sticky brand followed up with me twice to ensure my order was finally found. If not they were going to remake my order. Now that’s service! I own a taco truck and get all my signs, stickers, etc from Sticky because I expect the same level of service that I give. I will always be loyal to sticky

The stickers look amazing. I messed up on the spelling and approved it. Within seconds I caught my mistake and asked to get it fixed but the response was since I already approved it was mine. I totally understand, so I'm not mad about it. So I will give it another go. So dont just look at your design re-read and double check...

Communication was sketchy and emails I received on approving my proof went to a link that never showed the artwork. While I made and order and paid in full the site never updated and showed my order. Going elsewhere next time.

Sticky Brand stickers are fabulous! The design process is easy and they even provide a proofing system. I have ordered several sets of stickers to share with my Dave Matthews friends and some for school. Everyone loves them! They are great quality and last even through the dishwasher!

super disappointed.
this was suggested by a friend for doing good work

paid extra for expedited processing and shipping, and all for nothing. ordered on the 1st and items not to arrive until 13-15.

this was not only disappointing but created a false expectation.

it was clear that no work on weekends. so we can even subtract 4 days.

3 days to produce-and 1-3 days expedited shipping. starting on monday. definitely puts us past delivery date.

would really like more support bc i heard this is an awesome company that does great work. i would be ok if expectations were lower, but we spent a bunch of extra money for no reason, and it feels non transparent.

any help is greatly appreciated and welcomed. i could be wrong if my math isnt mathing, but this has been a super bummer.

I received my order on Saturday. And I was blown away! They are better than I even imagined. You guys went above and beyond. I never even expected them to turn out so awesome. You cut them out in the perfect shape. Which makes them stand out even more than they would’ve otherwise. I’m trying to figure out how to order again right this minute. I want to get another hundred order immediately. I don’t know if I could give more than five stars but I would if I could. Thanks again you guys.

I put it in order, you took my money, and according to your site there is no order. Now I have no stickers and I am out $30. This needs to be rectified ASAP.

Streamlined. Wish there was a preview of some sort but it’s super nice that they add the option for proof first for free.
