The purpose of The STLL is to invite you on a journey of self-development alongside me, to share the findings of my experiences and my studies in a way that will add value to your life. All of the content on The STLL will be created in keeping with its mantra: slow and steady. Articles are published once a week at most and they will always be considered, well researched and scientifically robust where applicable. The STLL Podcast and The STLL Experiences are curated with the same thoughtfulness and intent. Beyond this, my ultimate goal is to build The STLL into my first clinical practice and holistic wellness centre – a safe and sunny sanctuary far from the stresses of modern living. A wonderful place that, for now, resides only in my imagination.

Highly recommend
What a beautiful week long experience I had doing The STLL: Into The Vortex. I learned so much and really enjoyed it all. The visualisations were so relaxing and my muscles felt great after the poses. It was wonderful taking time out and being guided by two beautiful ladies so knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend and I look forward to future events.

A good experience
A good experience. I enjoyed the first part of each session, the 'settling in' with Natasha, reflecting and journalling were grounding. I found some of the postures challenging, mainly because I couldn't see everything Danielle was doing and sometimes there were issues with the sound so I did some of my own stretches instead. It would be good to see some less challenging forms of each posture. There were some technical issues which could be ironed out in the background e.g. video not working. I expect this course will improve over time. I took some useful things away. Namaste

Loved this experience
Loved this experience, will definitely reccomend. I got 10% off and still think it was a little pricey being honest but I can't fault the content and the way this was all conducted. Will definitely be keeping an eye out for other courses.

I love the service at The Stll…
I love the service at The Stll provides. I buy my cacao from them and it always arrives quickly. I’ve done several of their online courses and I’ve really enjoyed them. Everything is a really high standard.

I LOVED this workshop!
I LOVED this workshop. Im completely obsessed with cacao and it made me feel it ALL. The opening ceremony drew out lots of emotion for me that needed clearing, gave me much to ponder over the next while. The energy work was magical and I could feel the points throughout, active areas and blocks. The yin to finish was dreamy and it helped to harvest all those good vibes and keep them inside me for the day. Such a zen space, the perfect way to start a Sunday. Thank you!

STLL Staff and deliveries were excellent just the integrity of the product varied dramatically from bar to bar. (Keiths Cacao). The first being structurally darker and compact resulting in a more intense brew and the second being crumbly and pale with less Cacao 'power' or 'spirit' or what ever your word s for that vibrational raising and clarity that cacao facilitates

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on Keith's Cacao.
We can confirm that the variations of colour and texture in the block don’t make any difference to the energy or properties of the cacao.
The variations you've described match the typical solid dark brown block and the paler brown and crumbly block known as bloom.
The only difference is in the bloom block, the cacao butter has risen to the top during the fermentation/setting process and that’s what causes the crumbles, due to the raw and hand made nature of the product the variations in colour texture etc are to be expected but have no fear, no energy, magic or alchemy is lost in the process.
While physically different, energetically the medicine/spirit is always working on us deeply.

This was my first ever Cacao…
This was my first ever Cacao experience. I've come across it a lot lately, mainly on Instagram and I've been curious to try it. I think what gave me the final push was, was actually a couple of things. My curiosity and recent heartbreak. When I heard the words heart opening experience from Natasha, it sang to me. Do something that makes YOUR heart happy. Tend to your needs. So I did and it was the best introduction experience I could have hoped for. Creating a little pocket of quiet time for yourself in the morning is magic. Natasha invites you to slow down, notice your surrounds and creates an atmosphere that is very grounding and humbling. It gave me a space to do some healing.

The turnaround on my cacao order was impressive - I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon and it was delivered by lunch time Friday! Plus the cacao is gorgeous - 5 stars :)
