The two men that came to fit it were very polite and did the job swiftly. I’m so pleased to have this extra storage under the stairs and I think it is a brilliant idea. I saw this advertised on Facebook and thought it was a fantastic idea. I contacted StorageNook, and they got back to me straight away. I arranged an installation, which only took about an hour and a half, and the results are amazing. It has completely removed all the clutter from our hallway, and the space now looks so much tidier and more organised. I’m really pleased with it.

I was first made aware of The Storage Nook via social media, I liked the idea of creating useful storage for shoes/bags etc and removing clutter from my small hallway. I sent an initial enquiry and was contacted to discuss options, check suitability and also answer any questions I had. I liked the fact that prices were shown up front so I had a good idea of what to expect before even contacting them. On installation day the team showed up on time and went straight to work, around 2 hours later the work was competed, tidied up and I was shown how it all worked. I would highly recommend the company for both the innovative solution to make use of a previously unavailable storage space and for their professionalism throughout. Excellent communications, transparent pricing and a quality installation.

From the first communication with The Storage Nook Company they’ve been absolutely brilliant from the get go! I have a new build and of course doesn’t have a great deal of space and storage and this was a solution I was looking at booking from a previous company that did the same thing. Thankfully that company put me in contact with The Storage Nook and I couldn’t have had a better service from them.

It was very easy to book on their website and process start to finish seamless. What I really appreciated from the company is that they were willing to travel that extra mile to come to my property and install the lifting stairs installation. They literally did travel for 2 hours to come and that meant a lot because I’ve been wanting this storage space or thinking of getting the storage space for a while. So impeccable service there. They did hit some traffic on the way which was out of their control which meant they were only 30-40 mins from out the time window but I didn’t mind as I wasn’t working until the afternoon. The installation itself was done within a 2 hour window and I can’t fault any of it. The guys also said it had a 10 year guarantee and any issues to contact them and they will fix the issue. The guys were friendly, professional and can’t fault the installation itself. I have had numerous people say how amazing it looks and how much they too want an installation. Overall 5* service. Great communication even out of the normal 9-5 working window. Just overall massively recommend for anyone wanting the same installation.

We got our stairs done on Wednesday, and already by today Friday, we have no idea how we managed without it. It was done in not time. The young man that did it was lovely, so tidy and so quick. He was gobsmacked to find that the builders had left a load of construction rubbish in the space. He filled up 4 black bags and took it away no problem. We keep the grandies car seats and shoes in there.. I would highly recommend this to anyone. You cant go wrong. Makes so much sense. The booking was so easy to do too. The lady was so helpful. If ever I move house I will definitely get them to do it again for me.

5 ⭐️ from start to finish. Loving the new clear hallway! Friends and family all love the idea so much they’ve booked in too.
