I saw an ad for this giveaway and…

I saw an ad for this giveaway and thought might aswell. Then I decided to pay a dollar extra to get some more entries which I was fine with. But a week later I look at my bank account and they had the balls to automatically sign me up for a “membership” that costs $40 cad a month. And the best part? Only way to cancel the damn membership is through emailing them. And even better than that, I can’t refund the money I didn’t even authorize spending. But hey at least I get 3000 entries to their bullshit giveaway

careful, if you sign up by mistake, they don't treat you fairly. "We do not offer refunds on memberships, but customer satisfaction is our top priority so the best I can do is to give you a 50% refund in the amount of $14.99. "

Overall experience

I had emailed them with a question and they got back to me within a few hours. Absolutely awesome builds and I love just looking at the cars. 5/5

Horrible company and fraud

I purchased a ticket for a Giveaway and it includes a 7 day trial, after 7 days they a charge you $29.99 for the subscription. Upon purchase they tell you that you can cancel your subscription by email or by phone. They give clear instructions on how to cancel. So I canceled by email and followed the instructions. On the 7th day I was still charged $29.99. So I ended up calling to see why I was still charged. The customer service representative kept telling me my subscription was active and that I could only get a 50% refund back. Once I explained that I cancelled within the 7 days through email, they said it was unfortunate but they can only refund me 50%. I basically had to keep going back and forth with the customer service rep explaining that I followed the directions and I cancelled within the 7 days. It wasn't until I said that this was Fraud that they instantly said they can refund me the full amount of $29.99. That is super shady business. I can imagine how many people tried to cancel and get a refund the same way and actually accepted the 50% refund instead of the full amount. I'm not even joking when I say I had to keep repeating myself "No, I want a full refund, I followed the rules and sent a email to cancel within 7 days". Literally probably like 10 times of repeating myself. If canceling by email is not a valid option to cancel the subscription then they should not include it in the instructions when purchasing. I suspect they do that so people will send the email and forget about it. Then still be charged after the 7 days. Which is exactly what happened to me, because if they don't confirm or respond to your email then they can just say your subscription was not cancelled. The customer service representative kept telling me they will refund me 50% because I still have a chance to win. Basically trying to convince me why I should accept the 50% refund. When in reality that doesn't even matter... Regardless I paid for a ticket so I still have a chance to win. The refund is for the subscription not for the tickets to enter the giveaway. So if you are trying to get a refund, stay calm, stand your ground and get what is owed to you. You should not have to fight like this just to get a refund or cancel a subscription.

Tried scamming me with subscription

Automatically signs you up for a 30$ a month subscription after any purchase. The only way to cancel said purchase is to email or call them, and you geussed it it's a pain in the ass to do so..
