Customer service from this company is so bad get told you’re going to get a refund but then don’t for weeks on end. Then if you chase it you get told you’re nagging her. So unprofessional!! the way she speaks to her customers who put money in her pocket is disgraceful. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also don’t even bother with your CHAT GPT reply.

I asked 3 times about a refund as if had no response. I have just lost my baby and was met with her telling me “babe let me tell you something before I block you stop pestering me constantly asking which I state again and was 3 times as I had no response and needed the money. she was “effing and calling me all sorts to her viewers well someone’s just lost a baby. She might have a pretty Face but everything else about her is ugly.

I have made so many purchases from mills and loz at style mill. They are such lovely girls and make shopping such a fun and pleasurable experience.I am always really happy with the quality and variety of their clothing. I love the way the girls try the clothes on and give honest opinions on sizing and lengths before you buy so you know you are getting the correct size. They always answer any questions you may have prior to purchase . This is the only place I shop online now due to the service and quality.

Really disappointed. I’ve ordered from here a few times and the clothes are beautiful but the service is poor. I’ve been chasing since before Christmas for a refund to be authorised but I have just been ignored after emailing & messaging them. No acknowledgement of the issue whatsoever
