The Switch, both Japnaam and Shrabaita, have mastered the art of navigating candidates through a tough job market. Personally, their guidance helped me position myself better and articulate my strengths more effectively, which enabled me to perform better in every interview.

What I particularly appreciate is that they present the facts honestly and are blunt when a candidate starts falling behind. That direct and honest approach makes their guidance truly valuable.

The course and overall process do require time, patience, and consistent effort, so it’s important to trust the process and stay committed. However, the results were great. Within a span of just 1.5–2 months, I was able to crack 3–4 offers. The process definitely takes effort, but if you follow the guidance sincerely and put in the work, the results can be very rewarding.

3. Structured Job Search
They help identify gaps in your profile and provide a structured approach to job hunting—where to apply, which job portals to use, how to reach out to recruiters, and how to improve your overall job-search strategies.

Overall, I found Switch useful, particularly for someone who wants a structured and systematic approach to changing jobs. The biggest advantage for me was having a clear process instead of randomly applying to jobs, and the outcome was positive—I was able to secure two offers.

The one area I felt could be improved is the pricing. The program is on the expensive side, especially considering that it is primarily focused on job search and career positioning rather than learning a new skill or gaining a formal certification. Since the core objective is to help you get a job, I feel the cost could be more reasonable or better aligned with the value provided.

Apart from the pricing, my overall experience was positive, and the program helped me achieve what I was looking for.
