Eerste pakketje door PostNl geen tracknummer verkregen geweest. Contact opgenomen met deze mensen. Nieuwe pakket werd opgestuurd. Opnieuw door PostNL verloren gegaan na 5 dagen. Hun service dienst dan nogmaals verstuurd met DHL met extra wijntje. Hartelijk dank voor deze toppers

And fix any issues.

Verkeerde levering maar keurig opgelost
4 flessen olijfolie besteld, 3 geleverd. Uiteindelijk geld retour gekregen zonder moeilijk doen. Super service en super producten!

Beste Alwin,
Dank je wel dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je ervaring te delen. Het spijt ons oprecht dat je bestelling onvolledig is aangekomen en dat je het gevoel had geen reactie te krijgen — dat is uiteraard niet de ervaring die we willen bieden.
We hebben je e-mail inmiddels beantwoord en de ontbrekende fles direct terugbetaald. Daarnaast zijn we een onderzoek gestart bij PostNL, omdat het pakket bij verzending compleet was en er vermoedelijk tijdens het transport iets is misgegaan - fles is gewoon gestolen.
We zijn een klein, groeiend bedrijf en reageren persoonlijk op elke klantvraag. In dit geval duurde onze reactie wat langer dan gewent.
We begrijpen dat dit vervelend voor je was en vinden het jammer dat onze reactie langer duurde dan je mocht verwachten. Mocht je nog vragen hebben, dan helpen we je uiteraard graag verder.

Besteld en was niet helemaal goed gegaan. Supersnel opgelost en zeer vriendelijk allemaal. Goede wijn besteld waar we van genoten hebben. Erg tevreden.

Prachtig en origineel cadeau
Prachtig en origineel cadeau, ik heb het (hoe toepasselijk) cadeau gedaan aan iemand zijn 35-jarig huwelijk (het 'koralen huwelijk') vierde.
De fles ging in eerste instantie helaas verloren met de post, maar op de dag van mijn bericht dat ik de fles nog niet ontvangen had werd direct een nieuwe verzonden, top service!
