I would have given a 5 star rating but I received an email saying my order was complete. This I was informed was as it had left Thetford, I believe that this should be managed differently as the inference was that it was with me. Other than that the service and supply was excellent. The product arrived fully pacakaged with no visible damage very happy

Their fridges are complete rubbish in terms of caravan usage. We went on a dirt road and both doors came off. I did a backyard job with Gaffa tape on the road and when we got back Thetford did a goodwill warranty, as it was just outside warranty. They fitted two new doors and as soon as we hit a dirt road, off they came again. Politely this is an 'inferior product with room for improvement', in reality this is complete rubbish that should never have been installed in a caravan.

I would have given them one star but the service lady was quite good, so there is no issue with the staff, it is with the rubbish they sell.

If you order a caravan make sure you don't fit a Thetford, or get ready to scrape butter and last night's leftovers off the floor very soon.

I received my parcel from the local post office but it appeared to be partly open. On investigating further at home some of my items had obviously fallen out in the transit. After dealing with other companies and having limited success we were fortunate to contact Thetford. We found them to be extremely helpful -they identified the issue in the gas grill on our stove, we delivered our van to them & they fixed the problem. We found the staff to be very helpful, informative, understanding and sympathetic to our issue. We thoroughly recommend Thetford.

Absolutely outrageous and beyond disappointing!
I shattered the glass of my Thetford Topline 902 induction hob, and to my shock, there is no replacement glass available. For any premium induction hob from brands like Bosch or Siemens, you can easily order a spare glass. But here? Nothing! Instead, I’m forced to buy an entirely new unit (1000€+) This is utterly unacceptable and downright unbelievable!

Waited 5 months for a fixing plate to come into stock which really surprised me. However once in stock in early December the order and delivery process was very good.

Great product (only one that works), competitive price with a bonus, what is not to like.
The option of PayPAl payment would have made the transaction a little more simple though.

Availability of parts makes the product great.
