Easy and reliable! No stress on the day and tickets came within expected timeframe before event

The process from purchase to concert was smooth and easy. Tickets were sent out weeks before concert in preparation. I admit I was nervous as not sure if was trustworthy and that I’d be sent tickets after purchasing as hadn’t heard of this service… went on to be a fun night out .

They conceal the fact that they are a reseller by stating it across the top of their website but in minuscule font designed to ignore. I managed to complete the whole process without realising that they were not the official seller of the tickets and paid $180 too much for my tickets as a result. The person sitting next to me at the event had exactly the same experience. Why would anyone knowingly buy from a reseller if they could get a much cheaper price from the authorised ticket seller? The platform profits from scalping, but are worse, as you dont know they are scalpers and so assume the price is the base market price for that ticket. It is a similar offence to what Coles was recently convicted for in misleading customers to believe that the discounted price was off a base market price. This tactic works for products where people dont know the base price. Ticket Merchant should be fined for misleading and deceptive conduct and deregistered.

I called up 2 days ago as was suggested below by TM, and was promised a call back in 10 minutes, which I never received.

And I note that following my 1 star review there have been twentyfive 5 star reviews posted over a 2 day period including 2 reviews from the same person, a James – his only 2 reviews, which is far in excess of their average daily postings and have pushed my review to the second page (prior to this edit)…..

As to your comment that some customers may not be familiar with the resale market, I can assure you that I am very familiar with reputable resale markets and as you know, my problem was related to not being aware that your site was a reseller due to your decision to put this most important of points in the smallest font on your site.

We have had a wonderful evening. Brian was as expected fascinating. The production amazing. We didn’t feel the time going by and it was over. Also the large crowd did not really pose a problem getting in and out was quick and easy. I guess that those who came to eat had a wait but we didn’t come to eat. Well done.

The website was easy to use, and the communication was excellent, with the tickets arriving just like they said. Highly recommended!

The concert itself was amazing, what wonderful artists & support act- truly top class.
The organisers on the night were enthusiastic, energetic & informative.
It was difficult to find info about what was happening at what time- this could have been sent out sooner but I was able to Google it to find times.
Concert= brilliant, but the seats really let the experience down. We probably wouldn't have booked (& therefore missed out on an excellent show) if we had known beforehand how uncomfortable the seats would be. My husband is 6 foot 4 and the row in front of us was digging into his legs all night. The following day he had huge bruises where the seat dug into his leg. When we booked our tickets only the cheap seats remained, which was fine, but we had no knowledge of how inadequate the seats would be.
We observed a number of other people in a similar uncomfortable seating position.
Would definitely go to see Split Enz and Vika & Linda again, but never again go to Rod Lava arena.

What is really appreciated was the seamless access to the tickets via the ticketmaster sites, alot less stress!

Customer service prompt and helpful, was concerned not using a standard ticket provider, but happy to use this service again.
Was concerned tickets arrived long time after purchase(months) and in Spam folder but contact was easy and quick resolution.
Would use again!

The set showcased the orchestra, surprised, reset, and finished high energy. The band was just pitch perfect. The venue and its staff were characteristically lovely. Brilliant night

I missed the Event i had tickets for, I was lucky they had a second show the Night after and they helped me transfer my tickets to the next night sp i didnt miss the opportunity to see the artist. I arrived they sorted me out the tickets and i had a wonderful experience with my girlfriend. The sound lighting and mood of the night was perfect.

Spilt ENZ at Rod Laver, 5 stars all the way !
We bought 4 tickets and will definitely use Ticket Merchant as our "go to" ticket place 🤘😛
The website is the easiest to navigate, fast and reliable information, excellent seat choices at prices hard to beat.
The friends we went with simply could not believe the seat location, absolutely perfect, clear view of the performance close to the stage.

The ease of getting through the front gates, purchasing drinks and the amazingly helpful staff who showed us to our seats was perfect. The arena has amazing sound and seating, making it great from any angle. The info emails/texts make a big difference in taking the stress out of finding the right entry etc. Love the service!

The venue was an amazing place, had really efficient entrance once doors opened and also had seating in an ideal space where I could still see the stage which was ideal. Booking was easy with ticket merchant, just had to transfer tickets to my account, so simple. Absolutely loved the show it was incredible.

Purchased tickets a week ago .Show in 2 days .No tickets!!!.Contact person keeps saying today or tomorrow.Cant say when.This is a most unsatisfactory and stressful situation .In addition I seemed to have paid a premium when normal tickets were available at an authorised seller.Never again Ticket Merchant.

First time at the venue. Easy entrance into the venue, good staff and security services. The view to the stage is awesome wherever you are standing along with easy access to the bars. And the sound is incredible in there, if you are looking for a smaller intimate concert experience this place was amazing. Such a beautiful building and I will definitely be looking out for more events here when I’m in Melbourne next.

Was super easy to navigate, our tickets hadn’t arrived a few days before the event but I emailed ticket merchant and they responded within an hour with the tickets. The event was so awesome, I’m glad I could get these tickets otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to go.

It is so easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. The booming process and collection of tickets is efficient and great communication on the website makes it so much easier.
