Easy to purchase and receive e-tickets. Fees were very reasonable compared to others and seat selection, even a week before, were very good. Great venue, ample parking and short walk. Staff friendly.

Easy ticketing. Getting to the venue. And I went alone and I had the best people who sat next to me and cared about my experience because of my mobility issue. My experience was outstanding. At first couldnt find my digital ticket as didnt realise it was in my account; silly me 🤪 Sent an email which was replied back promptly by one of your friendly team, to help with my ticket which, was much appreciated. Thought hadnt received but figured it out as stated above. Recommend you to anyone. Concert was outstanding;(Devildriver/Cradle Of Filth) loved the venue; the forum Melb, awesome atmosphere, met some great fans, metalheads are the best!! Couldnt ask for anything better. I was able to buy the tickets here, which was great compared to getting tickets on other popular sites like Ticketek, which is usually bombarded with many customers. However I did not like the delivery of the tickets that kind of stressed me out because I thought I couldn’t get it but it just involved a process.
