Sorry you felt this way. So to help out we took a look into the order.
Unfortunately this review is not justified in anyway shape of form, if it was then of course its accepted.
First, we do not ship Internationally currently, and it seems you are international. Your order was shipped to a UK Address as requested within 2 days. Tracking has been provided, with proof.
So we looked a bit further.
You bought this through a 3rd party Forwarding shipping company, which again has had the item delivered to them with in 2 days, and at Christmas time thats pretty good. (well done Royal Mail)
This shipping company has not sent it on you yet or there is a delay, we have no affiliation with them, or control as we only ship UK.
Any delays you would need to talk to them as you used them as a way of getting them item sent to your country.
We would suggest talking to that company and I'm sure they can offer you some sort of information on your delivery status, also, 10 days is not long when shipping internationally, especially at Christmas time, checking that company's tracking it shows as in transit still, I'm sure they can help you out but for us, we had an address to send to, it was sent, and it was received.
If you would need any help on our side I would gladly provide anything information that is needed, and I would appreciate it if you was to reconsider your review and then post a fair one once item has arrived or issue has been resolved by the 3rd party you chose to use.
