Save your money and avoid this firm

Resume of my experience with them:
1. They took several weeks to provide credentials for phase 2 and didn't provide credentials for funded account (more than a month now)
2. They have a chat in the site which is inoperative (try and see for yourself if you get any answer)
3. They don’t have any dashboard for trading stats like we see in other firms. You will trade without knowing anything about your stats.
4. They make excuses in Trust Pilot about Gmail flagging them. However I have nothing in Gmail spam folder and I also emailed them from a different email and no answer so far.

I passed phase 2 on April 8th and so far I didn’t receive any credentials for funded account, despite having sent ID documents and several emails. It’s a completely unreliable company, if not a scam.

I purchased a challenge on Feb 2nd and passed phase 1 on Feb 24th.
On Feb 24th I sent an email requesting credentials for phase 2. No reply
On Feb 27th I sent another email. No reply
On Mar 1st they replied “We apologize for the delays. You should receive your credentials within 24 hours of this email if you did indeed pass.”. No credentials sent.
On Mar 4th I sent another email. No reply
On Mar 7th I sent another email. No reply
On Mar 8th I sent another email.
On Mar 13th they sent the credentials for phase 2 (17 days after passing phase 1 !), apologizing for the delay and saying that “We have had tremendous growth since the new year and have on-boarded many new traders. As a result, we've hired more staff and resources to help us. These new resources come into effect this week, so you can expect replies and communications from us within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday. Recently, due to our inability to keep up with emails and requests, some traders have become very impatient and left poor reviews about us”.

On April 8th I passed phase 2 and sent them an email. No reply.
On April 13th I sent another email. No reply
On April 20th I sent another email
On April 21st they sent me an email requesting ID copies and said that “Once we receive these, we will quickly provide you access to our Prop Trader Account.”

On April 27th I sent the ID copies
On May 3rd I sent another email. No reply
On May 5th I sent another email. No reply
On May 11th I sent an email from another email address (not Gmail or Hotmail). No reply so far.

I made a review on how they weren’t responding to my emails about sending me phase 2 credentials after the required 10 trading days. Not even an hour later after the review, they responded to my email stating I haven’t fulfilled the full 10 days. I reviewed my account a second time and saw that I indeed completed the 10 days with weekends. they asked me to delete my review and then they will send me phase 2 credentials after the 10 days are completed but it’s already been 10 days! I Still haven’t received my credentials so I’m leaving this review this time and will continue to update.
I should have read the other reviews before I purchased from this company. I honestly don’t want to deal with them anymore and want a refund.

Update: 4/29/22
they responded only after I posted my review not from all my previous emails in the past Which is consistent with many other reviews I’ve seen on here. I suggested to them to please respond to emails in a timely manner to avoid negative reviews from people. I would assume this would be a simple thing to do. I also mentioned to explain the minimum 10 trading days more specifically on their website. My awareness is that I only needed to have an account for a minimum 10 trading days. I made the profit target in two days but didn’t ask for credentials until 10 days had passed. I wasn’t aware that I needed to place a minimum of 10 trades.
I believe that is all they had to say and all of this would’ve been avoided but when you ignore emails it makes it look bad and makes the customers suspicious especially when there’s so many fake prop firms out there! Also threatening to not move forward with me “cordially” if I don’t remove this review is again unprofessional. this is my personal experience

Update 5/16: never heard back from this prop firm since my previous update. No 2nd set of credentials or responses to several emails in regards to this. it’s very clear to me that they are a SCAM!

Hello Kim,

For the 2nd time, you have not completed the 10 minimum trading days. A trading day is considered a trade opened and closed in a 24 hour period, not the length of time you've simply been running your evaluation.

You've now left another negative review due to your own misunderstanding of the rules and objectives.

As it stands, you only have 2 completed trading days based on your account. You must place a trade each day and close it, even if it is 0.01 lot size for it to count towards the 10 minimum trading days.

You have been very volatile with us.

At this point in time if you wish to move forward with us cordially, we require you to remove your negative review and complete the 10 minimum days as required.

It is expected that you, the trader is to understand and follow the rules.

Extremely Unhappy!!!!!!!!! Don't Get Scammed!!!

I was surely hoping to have a better outcome with this company in regards to my funded and now live account which it took forever to receive. After emailing them for weeks and weeks concerning my payout for my live account, there's still no response. The same thing was happening with my funded account which they assured me that it would not happen again but here we are!!!!! The bad reviews are spot on which really sheds suspicion on the positive ones. I've been more than patient but the lack of communication is horrible. Will I ever get a payout from this company? That remains to be seen but thus far, its not looking good!! If they give me a reason to change my rating, I will but thus far I'm forced to leave them one star because the system makes you leave at least one!! All of a sudden when I left this review, a bunch of positive reviews show up claiming everything was quick and painless and they got paid. THOSE ARE ALL FAKE REVIEWS!!!! I've sent easily, 10 or more emails since writing this review and they still won't respond. If you give this company your hard earned money, you might as well drive down the expressway and just throw your money out the window!!!

Support is very slow, not sure about this company

I passed phase 1 early in April 2022.

I have messaged support multiple times since around April 15th about getting my phase 2 account, no response. Which is very funny since, they provide you with phase 1 credentials almost immediately and when I asked them if I could finish the rest of my 10 trading days using 0.01 lot size they replied in 24 hours saying yes.

My account has not come close to any breaches and I have followed every one of their rules.

When I read the bad reviews here about them I doubted the reviews because of Blakes (from VVS) video about them. And my initial thought was all these bad reviews are from people who have failed and are just mad. Anyways, almost all these reviews about bad support and not getting credentials after phase 1 are true.

I was hoping this company was legit because Im already maxed funded at one legit company and I need to start looking for others for more capital and this one looked really good.

Will update this review if at any point I get my credentials. And of course, I have proof of all emails, trades taken and time stamps.

Update: 2022-04-25

After getting a reply for my review still haven't received the credentials.

It's interesting, I keep seeing new 5 star reviews saying they have gotten their phase 2 accounts fast, yet still waiting for mine after a couple weeks.

Worst prop firm at the moment

Worst prop firm at the moment. Slow support, no dashboard.
I've passed the fisrt phase of the challenge and waited for more than two weeks, but they only sent me the details, for the second phase after I posted a review here. Then I passed the second phase more than a week ago and I didin't receive anything from then. Very slow support, no dashboard and no Discord or Telegram group, so you don't have any idea if you can trust this company.

The worst waste of my time.

After passing step two, and been funded I requested a profit split acoording to the rules (14 days after the trade) that was on March 29 (the email was sent at 28)
1). first reply "we are verifiyng your account" on march 30 (2 days later).
2) second reply was after many emails at april 5.

After that I have sent several emails, and 0 reply about the profit split.
No reply is a bad reply, and no profit split means this is not real, so dont bother with these guys.

They came out about this on phase two which has completely messed up with the psychology of my trading.

I dont recommend this prop trading firm to anyone.

Please see our response below:

1) Our broker commission is slightly higher at the moment, however as we grow we are able to provide better trading conditions for our traders which we have done so, considerably, over the last 12 months. We went from providing a 50/50 profit split, to 70/30, to now 85/15 in favor of our traders.

2) Our current response time via email is within 24 business hours and we have not received any inquiries from you or heard from you since you failed your evaluation on December 23rd 2021.

3) We do not publicly post payout information but you can find payouts posted by traders in various social media groups if they so choose to.

4) We have no hidden rules. All are laid our clearly on our website and we do not have a consistency rule since January 1st 2022. You can trade using any strategy and aside from ensuring you do not violate any trading objectives, you can use any strategy up to $2,500,000.00 in capital across our platform.

If during your evaluation under our old parameters, your psychology was affected by a consistency rule, we suggest you continue to practice and refine your strategy. Additionally, we no longer have a consistency rule.

Poor Service + Huge Broker Commission

Two weeks ago I passed their phase 1 and I haven't received any communication from them. I have checked spam and all other inboxes, nothing. I have emailed them twice in the two weeks to let them know I passed and still no response.

They have live chat on the website and they are never on it no matter what time of day.

Aside from the poor service, the broker they use charges almost 3 x more than any other prop firm.

Hoping this is not a scam prop firm...

Still waiting on phase 2 credentials

I passed my phase 1 challenge and have been waiting for almost 2 weeks to receive my phase 2 Credentials. I have sent multiple emails and message them on their website.
Their communication is horrible.

Update 3/13/22
I finally received my phase 2 credentials and they apologizes for the delay. They said they now have the staff and resources to response more quickly. I will give them 3 stars now and if I pass phase 2 and receive my live account quickly, I will give them more stars. stay tuned

Highly recommend this prop firm. I like the larger account sizes now and the fact you can take multiple evaluations at once to enable you trade with more capital. Customer service was a bit delayed at first but I guess probably because they had staffing issues and it all seems to be working well now. My only critique is it will be nice to have an account dashboard since you allow one to have multiple accounts. Having a dashboard to keep track of your accounts and request payouts should be standard. Similar to other prop firms

Received first payout with 120% refund but not 2nd payout

I found this prop firm through VVS Youtube Channel and liked the conditions and all so I decided to go for the 500k account right away.
Unfortunately, I failed my first challenge (my own mistake!) and tried again a short while later.

This time, I completed Phase 1 and after waiting for some weeks for the account details, I also managed to complete Phase 2.
I then had to wait another 3 weeks or so and then I finally received my live account details.

I finished my first payout period in slight profit and made a payout request via email. After waiting for almost a month and sending multiple emails, I finally received the payout and a few more weeks later, I also got the 120% refund along with the new live account details for my second trading period.

I then finished this one in good profit and made another payout request. It has now been more than a month (almost 2 months actually) and there hasn't been a single reply at all despite me sending multiple emails and all.

I am therefore fairly convinced, that this company is a scam and just won't send me my payout.
Although, I am very confused as to why they even sent my first payout and the 120% refund ...

All in all, you should definitely skip this firm as they sweem to be scammers. Even if they are legit (which I don't believe anymore), the customer support is just way too bad to work with them.

Of course, I would be inclined to update this review if anything changes but I just don't believe in that anymore ...

You guys dont reply traders who are not funded for clarification since two months ve been sending emails .yet you guys still don't have live chat where we can talk out our issues. Please you guys should work on your customer support please 🙏🙏

It’s unfortunate but this company just sometimes doesn’t respond to emails. I sent some emails and there was a quick response on some and no response on others. Honestly if you guys could respond to emails regardless if it’s a yes or no answer or a answer the customer might not want to hear that would be better. Please don’t ignore emails

Quick refund with no problems

Hello, I think the company is serious. I have purchased a 500k challenge but got some family related issues so I decided to cancel my order. They returned my money within 15 minutes. In the future I will choose them again.

Terrible company! Terrible!!

Last week I gave this company a 1 star because I simply didn't like what I had to go through. A quick summary, I purchased a 500k challenge and passed phase 1 in about a week. I emailed them to send me phase 2 credentials and had to wait nearly a week. And on their website it says 24 hours. As soon as I wrote the 1 star review they got back to me saying there's been a misunderstanding blah blah blah. It's funny I had to wait almost a week to get my credentials, and as soon as I wrote a 1 star review I get a reply 30 min later. Maybe we should all just leave a 1 star review to get their attention. They also sent me another email asking to remove the 1 star if I wanted phase 2 credentials. So I went and removed the 1 star and eventually got the credentials. Shortly after, I get another email from them saying they didn't like my trading style. But on the website it says you can trade any style. So I emailed them back asking what's wrong with my trading style, never heard anything back. Not surprised! So I continued trading my style anyway, and last night, I get an email saying I violated my account. I just laughed to myself. If they really didnt like my trading style, why lie and say I violated?? I'm well aware of the rules. I was nowhere near the daily drawdown. I asked them to send me proof of my violation, they said our system is accurate, blah blah.. and they couldn't provide me proof because apparently as a trader, I'm supposed to keep track of my own stuff. The way I see it, they definitely didn't like my trading style, so they pulled a fast one on me. TO FUTURE TRADERS: If you're looking to get funded by a real prop company, do yourself a favor and go to FTMO or any other company but these guys. I still don't know HOW Blake gave this company good reviews. They are terrible! TERRIBLE! Good luck to everyone!

I have proof of all my trades since I got phase 1 from you guys. Every trade, every win/loss, etc. I have documented everything! And please don't bother replying to this message trying to justify your mistakes or whatever it is that you have to say. I also have proof of all your emails.

We understand this is in response to your Maximum Daily Loss violation.

You did in fact violate the Maximum Daily Loss.

You admitted to us that you thought the daily reset was at 7:00 PM EST, when it is in fact at 12:00 AM EST, showing that you did not understand the rules and timings properly.

From 12:00 AM EST (07:00 broker time), to 8:33 PM EST (03:33 broker time), you exceeded the maximum daily loss in closed and open drawdown.

We understand that failing evaluations can be frustrating, however to slander our company in response is unfortunate.

We have emails and paper-trail from you, in your own words, expressing how you think we are one of the best firms and you were very happy with how we handled and fixed things regarding your credentials being late. You also acknowledged that everything was a misunderstanding.

You were happy with everything, until you had violated the maximum daily loss.

We sent you a screenshot of our system and alert in a separate email, confirming your violation.

We also mentioned that if you look at all your trades from 12:00 AM EST to 8:33 PM EST on November 30th (07:00 to 03:33 broker time), you will see that you had surpassed $25,000 (5%) drawdown in the same 24-hour period.

Again, we suggest you familiarize yourself with all the rules before beginning an evaluation, as simply not knowing the correct daily reset timing can lead to drawdown violations, as it has in this case.

A very promising experience thus far

A very promising experience thus far. I was given my details within 24 hours, unlike other firms who took multiple days to process my order and resulted in wasted trading opportunities. The platform also runs smooth and I have not experienced any lag. Looking forward to working with them moving forward.
