I was scammed out of £175 by this group. I am shocked that it still has a Trustpilot rating . It clearly writes the positive reviews itself.

Booking a Canada flight with Oneil
Oneil responded promptly to my queries for a flight to Canada, reliably retuning my calls and recommending the best realistic price. Online flight searches to that destination is surprisingly awkward and Oneil has been patient, professional and attentive in simplifying it and getting me a booking!

Price fluctuations?
Found the language barrier very difficult to deal with so I’m not sure whether to blame that. Felt we didn’t get the best price and I wish I’d left it and not booked. Tickets I booked were £300 cheaper 18 hours later, even direct from airline. I understand price fluctuates, but I’m not sure I believe it does to this extent. Then again I’m not sure how the agents get paid either and maybe that’s where some of the difference lies. Not booked flights only before. Wish I had confidence in it, but I don’t.

Scammer here, Card detail being stolen

So be aware please all who's using this website. They are scammer as after getting your card detail, they will sell out to another party. They do not have any information regarding the flight procedure. Be aware Be Aware Please.

Avoid this company!!
Avoid this company!!! They will give you a low quote online where you would need to put in your card details. They will phone you later to say that was promo fare and now it has gone up in prices!! They will even try to charge you cancellation fees for something you haven't agreed to in the first place. Dodgy company, stay away from them!!!
