I really do recommend the tunning company as they helped me sort my e90 Frm module at such sort notice very polite and respectful would recommended anybody with any electrical issue on there car or van or even for tunning

Ordered a module repair from this company through Ebay . Received a faulty module and a secondary module in my vehicle is no longer responding. Tried asking the company to resolve and they have been very dismissive and unhelpful . Stuck now as my vehicle is no longer in use. Very stressful situation for our young family . Regret ever using this business

MADE A HUGE MISTAKE SENDING MY MODULE to these guys !!! Spoke to a chap called Steve before sending my board in . Pre- paying their service was great . Paid money and sent board in . They told me they would be changing the board - which seemed extreme given I had a single specific issue and only expected repair to my board . Got my board back and my dashboard is like a christmas tree with several faults . They wont send me my original board back now and dont seem willing to assist going forward . I had one issue and now I have many issues . What a stressful experience I have had . Be very careful dealing with this company just incase you get in a muddle like myself . They wont help you navigate out of this situation

Sent a Mini R57 FRM to be reset through eBay following lighting and window failures after battery disconnected for long period of time, module was fixed and returned to me within 48 hours of sending. Works perfectly and kept informed of progress along the way. Will use again without hesitation if needed in the future

Having worked on my car on Wednesday, I had to leave my car at a friend's as I had no indicators, central locking, windows or lights. Found out I had 'fried' the FRM! Went home. Thursday I messaged a load of eBay sellers that offered a repair service.

Ben, was the first to respond and gave me positive news that it could be fixed for a Trackday at Goodwood on Monday. I package it up, and sent it straight to my local RM office, and sent it Special Delivery 1pm. He received Friday morning, and fixed the FRM which had become corrupted following a battery change (an issue seen all over the net!) and had sent it back using RM Special Delivery and given me the tracking code. I received it Saturday morning! Fitted it Sunday with no issues and was able to make my Trackday yesterday (Monday)... Perfect, genuine, helpful service! Thank you! A*****

The was brilliant and saved me hundreds soon my FRM repair.

Called BMW dealer explaining what I thought the problem was and they didn’t know what I was talking about. They called me back and quoted £700 + vat.

Instead I watched a YouTube video, took it out in 20 minutes. Sent into these guys via special delivery on the Thursday morning. Had it back fully repaired Saturday mid day and plugged it in all works fine. All for £30 plus postage from me to them.

Amazing service with the fastest turn around I've experienced. My Mini Countryman had a faulty footwell module FRM3R. The tuning company, Ben I dealt with, fixed it, returned it and works perfectly in the space of Thurs to Saturday. If you have the same problem use the tuning company or anything else they may offer.

Outstanding service on my bmw e90 front footwell well module FRM3!
I had the dreaded FFM failure after disconnecting my battery for a few hours and when reconnected I lost all communication to the module and no indicators/lights stuck on and windows not working etc.
I posted the module to these guys saturday afternoon and they received Monday and had it back in my hand Tuesday lunchtime!! For less than £30 these guys are hero’s on my eyes!

Very good service on my FRM module and a fast turn around

Sent my FRM module to these boys on Wednesday morning and they had it repaired and back delivered to me by Friday morning. Fitted and all is now working. Fantastic service. Had a bmw frm module which needed repair. Sent it Monday, received it back wednesday fixed which is unbelieveably quick. Communication was brilliant throughout. I will definately be using again, especially with all the cars i deal with and i need a quick turn around.
