The Unique Property Investment Group Ltd Avis

Can’t fault the team at the unique Property investment group. From start to finish they were absolutely transparent. thanks again to Megan and The Team.

We find dealing with Unique. Is simple and seamless.
Highly recommend and we will continue to invest through Unique.

Excellent investment opportunities with high returns, highly recommended

Myself and my brother recently invested money in a social housing contract with Unique which we have just received our first payment from. Special mention to Christian who made the whole process simple, straight forward and reassuring from the beginning. Would highly recommend UPG to anyone!

I have been doing the social housing investment for a while now, and my monthly returns have been very steady. My experience with the team at Unique Property Group(UPG) has been awesome, particularly Kelly and Mae, who are always available to listen and explain things, very selfless and lovely ladies🤩. I am very pleased with their professionalism.
UPG has been transparent with me and I have come to trust them based on my experience so far. I would not hesitate to recommend UPG to anyone considering taking up an investment with them.

I recently started investing with Unique had the pleasure of working with the lovely Kelly Harman over the Christmas period. They went above and beyond to help me out, even outside of work hours. Patience, kindness, and understanding are the first words that come to mind with this property investment group. They really know how to make you feel supported and valued. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with their service. I'm already gearing up to make even bigger investments because I trust them and their team. Solid 10/10 from me!

I have looked at many different investment opportunities before and my first reaction to what Unique were offering was that it seemed to good to be true! So I reached out to find out more and see if the process was as simple as it sounded. I was contacted by Carlie who explained the process to me, and the different options Unique offered. After that I was confident about investing and honestly what you see is exactly what you get. So, thank you to Carlie and thank you to Unique!

I saw this opportunity and, like many, was hesitant. I did my due diligence and spoke to Carlie on several occasions. She was so helpful (and patient with my numerous questions) and I invested in October 2023.
Such a simple process and money paid into my account on the dot every month. Told a colleague and she has also invested and is very happy as well. Now got others in my family preparing to invest.
Very professional and highly recommend- Carlie was fabulous and I felt no pressure at all. Looking forward to further investments.

Was a little concerned as it all seemed to good to be true but after speaking with Carlie she reassured me and I invested very easy very comfortable.
May even invest more
Thanx

I was apprehensive at first with so many investment opportunities seeming legitimate whilst not being. I did my due diligence. My Direct investment advisor Lauren was friendly, honest, and once we discussed affordability she recommended an investment to suit me and my needs. No pressure, just a friendly conversation and I was very happy with the feedback when I raised any questions. Unique made the process easy, comfortable and are very efficient when it comes to documents provided all in all a great team, business and brand and I feel my investment is safe, which is what all investors want along with great returns. Thankyou Lauren and the team at Unique. I look forward to the next investment opportunity in a few months.

I’m an experienced investor who has stocks, mutual funds and index funds as well as property. I came across the social housing investments advert on Instagram so I was a bit hesitant as of scams.

But I read through it and seen the opportunity that they were offering so i left my details and had an email back from Lauren at Unique property investment group. She explained how the whole process worked very smoothly and professionally, she was very nice polite and well spoken.

She had all the information I required and made me feel comfortable, no hard sales whatsoever and confident in this investment as I have had one before just not with Unique.

There compliance & legal teams supported me with everything for the contracts and allocation for my investment.

I give £13k and now I get £20880 back in 3 years at £577 a month this helps me with outgoings through the months.

I would highly recommend the company and the investment, and Lauren. I am very happy with the investment and the whole process.

First time investor so was very nervous about investing, luckily I was able to take them up on the opportunity to go into their HQ and meet the team! Felt very welcome and it put me at ease seeing the company! Harry was my investment advisor and he made me feel extremely comfortable the entire journey, any day and time he was available to talk! Now my money has started coming back in, as and when they said it would, couldn’t recommend this company/ investment programme enough!

I found the staff at Unique Property Investment Group first class in particular my main contact Ethan - he was very pleasant, approachable, efficient and well informed which is reassuring when investing savings. No call centre, straight through to the office, which is fantastic in this day and age, I am very pleased to have taken the decision to invest with Unique, I was for a long while seeing a return of only 3% on my savings but now with the help and guidance by investing with Unique Property Investment Group Ltd I am now seeing a 20% return and receiving the return as promised every month into my bank account.
I have no hesitation in recommending Unique Property Investment Group to anyone and I’m looking forward to investing again in other products and services they offer in the near future

I found out about this company on Facebook. I made and inquiry and received a call from a lady call Mae. She explained who she was and the reason she was calling. She explained everything about the investment in detail allowing me to ask question and made a decision to join the company investment without any pressure. I invested in the company and was assured that the first deposit into my account will be on the 28th of December. That day came but no money was on the account. I then contacted Mae and she returned my call explaining the reason for her later response. She was actually on the Christmas break until the 08/01/2024 but she took the time to call me to see why I called her. When I explained to her what had happened she said to me that she will sort it out and reassured me that all will be well. The CEO of the company made a voice note to me to see if he can deposit the money into another account because they tried so many times to deposit the money into the account that I provided but it kept bouncing back. Mae then went into the office to see if she can figure out what was going on with the bank. To cut a long story short it was all my fault because I did not provide a reference number for my bank account. Mae made sure that my money was all sorted as a matter of the team made sure of it also. All I can say is that this is a honest company that is willing to help investors like me see their money work for them. I will highly recommend this company to anyone willing to start up and investment. Just give it a try and you will not be disappointment. I am happy that I made the decision to invest in this company

More than happy with these guys. They went above and beyond to make my investment as painless as possible. No passing from this person to that person or endless waiting for callbacks and messages. Very organised and professional company and I can't thank Nikki enough for her help and patience! A couple of teething problems but Nikki was on the case moment I contacted her and it was resolved same day. Hopefully all will continue smoothly and to invest again in future.

Worked with UPG since March and have invested in two of their products. Christian and his team are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. My payments have all been made on time each month. I look forward to working with you and making further investments in 2024.

Initially the opportunity appeared to good to be true. However, having spoken to the director, I was invited to their offices where I met the key personnel involved. I am very pleased with professionalism and communication throughout and would highly recommend this company and its offerings.

Great doing business with Unique Property. My business colleague gave me their contact details and they reached out to me the same day and arranged a viewing the following morning. The property was immaculate I was pleased with the layout, cleanliness. During the viewing I had enough time to view without being rushed.
Definitely going to do more business. Very professional people I want to grow my business with.

It took me a while to take that leap of faith, but I did and it was a seamless transaction and the investment comes every month on the dot as promised. Pleasure to do business with.

I can only speak highly of Unique Property Group and in particular Christian. He has been exemplary since joining UPG, professional in every sense and always available for a phonecall to discuss matters and offer advice. He and the organisation have navigated the Relion dispute brilliantly and I look forward to working with them in the future.
