Urgent: Insurance Claim Dispute – Company Not Honoring Terms
I took out an insurance policy for scratches and dents on my car(s). When I made my first claim, I was told I could claim R8,000 per car. Later, when I insured two cars and submitted claims, the insurer changed their position and said only R2,000 per month, which is far below what I was told.
The insurer confirmed the original terms on a phone call, but refuses to provide a copy of the recording. Despite this, I am still paying premiums every month.
I am sharing this publicly to request that the insurer honor the confirmed terms of my policy and resolve this matter urgently. I have all my policy documents, claims, payments, and a detailed record of the call.
I hope other customers are aware of this and that the issue is addressed promptly.
