I take my Audi Q3 regularly for servicing and tyres- always good price for a great service, they're knowledgeable and Libby always very accommodating for my short notice requests! Thank you Vasstech Teesside!

Didn’t have the best experience with my MOT here recently but after I complained the branch manager Abi reached out. She was so helpful and reassuring and took steps to understand the initial issue and arrange for my car to be looked at by herself and the foreman. The issue with the car is now resolved and I’m really happy with the customer service I received.

Went to these guys and girls after the Local Audi Franchise dealer l t me down for the third time.
Very helpful and straightforward to deal with, they keep you well informed about the vehicle progress (unlike Audi) and are clear on pricing. Good company.

Had fault with our Toyota Aygo and took into Vasstech today 20th March and they managed to correct fault same day without any fuss. Brilliant service and had car back within 3 hours. Thank you so much.

Completely misdiagnosed my A8's turbo overboost issue, P0234. Can't have looked at the turbo, and immediately wrote it off as carbon deposits clogging the vanes, requiring a new turbo and a massive 5k+ quote to repair the car with other parts required which naturally gave me a bit of a shock and I left the place feeling deflated. Luckily, I'm stubborn.

Found a great garage, got the turbo removed to rebuild it as I was abroad - the turbo shop then called me to tell me it was in great condition, no carbon deposits and zero oil issues, just needed a new actuator, as I originally said when taking the car to Vasstech - so pointless expense to me based on their word. Decided to handle the issues myself upon my return, and fixed everything on the 5K+ quote for £600.

Front staff middling, terse, uninterested. Mechanic, who I had to ask to speak to, nice chap, utterly wrong and caused me more expense than was required. I just worry that any other customer would have wrote off their car as not worth fixing due to bad advice.

Service and brake pad replacement here having been let down elsewhere. Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly service (special mention for Abby!). Would certainly recommend.

Once again Vasstech gave a great service and fast turn around on my wife’s touran. From the ladies on the service desk to the workshop staff were all brilliant. Many thanks and would highly recommend this company.

Used to recommend these guys when I worked for Volkswagen as a sales exec as they were local and cheaper than our in house servicing. Now regret making those recommendations, couldn't even put my car back together after changing s wheel bearing and denied any liability. Simply tried to charge me more to have it put right. Won't be returning and will continue to spread the word of how unhelpful they were. To make matters worse once I got the bill they were actually very expensive

Just took my VW Caddy in for a glow plug replacement and I was initially quoted £75, they actually only charged me £45 as it didn’t take them as long as it could have. Vastech Teesside, Libby and Abby have restored my faith in the garage world. Staff friendly, Staff efficient and Staff with integrity WOW!!!

I have heard lots of good things about Vasstech so when my daughter pulled my rear view mirror off I thought I would give them a try. They made time for me even though I just dropped in. The mechanic put all the parts back together and fitted it/fixed it with 15 minutes. They didn't charge me anything for doing this. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Vasstech for your excellent service and customer service

Had a slow puncture, and as I’d previously used VassTech for VW services on my T-Roc, and had confidence in them, I called to make an appointment.
Pleased to say, the team got me in on the same day I called them, and repaired the tyre.
However, when after getting home, the next day, it was evident that the puncture / tyre was still losing air, so telephoned the team once again, who said to take the car back later that day.
Having reviewed it the engineers, identified that the tyre rim had not properly sealed, and reseated this and got me on the way.
The reception team and staff at this garage are first class, and it’s re-assuring that the reception team have accumulated great engineering knowledge to support the team.
Far more assuring than a main VW dealership, and friendly banter from all. Would strongly recommend. 👍

Had a troublesome vw up with intermittent starting problem
Lookers had it in and out for weeks we had 4 aa tows.
And even had to tow it to vasstech.
Who solved the problem due to broken wire from ecu to relay.
Can't thank them enough a great reception team and of course the mechanics.

Great customer service from Libby and team when I called with an oil leak caused by an inadequate service with a different unassociated garage. My car was looked at promptly, problem identified and fixed within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Vasstech for a few years now on three different car and have always found them to provide an excellent service, with polite staff and nice facilities. The courtesy cars have always been clean and well presented.
