Wrong products were sent for two of the items in my order. I’ve sent emails to them asking for exchange or return and got no response from them. I’m thinking of disputing my credit card charge for this order to get them to respond.

Product good, shipping not so much
The papaya leaf extract seems to be helping keep my husband's platelet levels up, and that's great. But the packaging could be much better. The product box had been shipped in a bubble wrap envelope and was very mushed. The top plastic was half torn away and the dosage cup was broken. Luckily we still had the dosage cup from a previous bottle. Please do better. thanks
