Compassion shown right from the phone call, which was absolutely heartbreaking. I was treated with understanding, given everything I needed to know. Peter came out the same day and again he was great and showed us all Compassion, he explained everything in detail and made sure everything went as we planned. We were given time to say goodbye to our gorgeous fur baby. She was treated with so much respect and today I received her ashes back, paw prints, and a beautiful card. Thank you so much 💓

From the first contact with Petar at The vet 2 go, he was very empathic and understanding with the very difficult decision we had to make. He came to our home and talked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had. He was very kind to Lola, our beloved dog. He gave us all the time we needed. Thank you for helping us.

Had no idea such a service existed until recommended by a friend when our cat was very poorly. Sure enough we sadly needed to put him to sleep and I didnt want him to have the stress of a trip to the vets when he was so weak. I can't speak highly enough of Petar. So gentle, kind, respectful and helpful.

It was a very hard decision to make when we decided that our twenty-year old cat had to be put to sleep. Petar, though, has a lovely kind attitude and made the best of a very difficult day for us. His calm and gentle matter, understanding of how we felt and explanation of each step helped us in our cat's final moments. I can't stress enough how kind he is, even sending us a card to commiserate us on our loss. Our cat's ashes were brought back in a week in a beautiful box, by Elena, again with warmth and kindness, contained in a special bag. A very sad day for us was made bearable by Petar and I would highly recommend him if the sad day comes for you.

Last Tuesday I had to have my beloved 14yr old Border Collie go. I knew it was going to be hard whoever I used and it had to be a home service.
I looked for a mobile vets as I didn't want to use the same vets that did it for my last dog...I noticed in their description they specialised in end of life care so got in touch.
They were very compassionate right from the beginning it came across in emails even (I can't use a voice phone I'm deaf) and when Peter finally came he also came across as very compassionate in person and was very patient as I had never met him before to lip-read him and try to work out what he was from saying from what I could hear of his voice.
It made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend his service for anyone needing end-of-life support for their furbabies.

We had to ring vet 2 go as our beloved fur baby teddy the akita couldn't walk he had no feeling from the waist down we new it was time to let him go. The vet came out and so much love and compassion was shown at all times not like going to vets and quick injection. Time and love was shown at all times for teddy for his final journey to the rainbow bridge. The compassion he showed to teddy and us was everything at the saddest time I couldn't rate the company enough for what they did for teddy and us as a family a big thank you for everything you did for us

I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Petar for the compassion he showed when we had to say goodbye to my precious girl fidget. He spoke softly, explained what was going to happen, was caring towards fidget making it as stress free as possible. He gave us time to say goodbye and waited until we were ready for him to take her. Even putting her into his van, he put a teddy next to her. Petar brought her back in a lovely box with her hair, a print of her foot and note and a lovely note. Thanks to elena for getting back to me so quickly, great communication. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Losing a pet is something you never want to experience but Petar provided a supportive and kind environment on the day and afterwards. We will always appreciate his compassionate care at a difficult time.

Saying goodbye to Otter was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, but Petar & Elena (The Vet 2 Go) made a heartbreaking experience as peaceful and dignified as possible. From the moment we made the phone call they were incredibly calm, gentle and reassuring.
When Petar arrived at our home he explained every single step and never made us feel rushed.
Otter was able to pass away peacefully, at home surrounded by love until the very end.
When it was time for Otter to go on his final journey Petar wrapped him in a blanket and put a Teddy with him, to give him company.
We will be forever grateful for this compassionate service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Vet 2 Go. Thank you

I cant express enough the most heartfelt thankyou to Dr. Petar, for the endless Kindness, care ,compassion, dedication and the most amazing efficiency he has shown us during our time of need for our 14 year old Caverlier, Charlie .
We came across their website in the evening, i sent a message, they phoned me first thing in the morning, we knew Charlie needed help for the next day, the time had come. As arranged Petar arrived at approx 4 pm, which gave us some final quality hours to share with our boy and as a family, together. The kindness, warmth, care and understanding Petar gave to Charlie and to us all as a family was something we will never forget, He enabled a calm, peaceful and dignified farewell, at home and in his favourite chair, with us all around him and with his mummy till the end. The professionalism was beyond seamless, Dr Petar, gave me time afterwards and before leaving with charlie, Dr petar wrapped him beautifully up in a fleece blanket in a bed, just like he was asleep. He returned today with his ashes, again the most wonderful kindness and care given to us was amazing,
also the attention to detail from the crematorium he is aligned with, was exactly as Dr. Petar had described and has the most amazing packaging, beautiful prints from Dr. Petar and family for Charlie's paws and nose, his fur in the most beautiful vial and his paw print in foam were stunning and such a beautiful touch that we will carry with us forever,
In practical terms, their pricing structure is completely transparent, the process was unbelievably seamless and their website is true to its word. Thankyou so very much for making the hardest goodbye a dignified one and the most kindest send off we could have wished for, for Charlie. We will be forever grateful to Dr petar, his wife elena and his family, much love Victoria Croft and family xxx

I have used Petar twice now for animal health certificates for travelling around Europe with my 2 dogs. I have nothing but praise for Petar’s professionalism and friendly service. When the time comes for my dogs to cross the rainbow bridge I will certainly hope to be able to use his service at my own home, until that day I will utilise him for the European adventures! When we knew that we had to let go of our cat, Rosie, we searched around for someone we felt we could trust to do it compassionately and I am so glad I went with my gut instinct with Petar. Its a heartbreaking time but Petar was unbelievably compassionate and caring and made us feel like we had certainly let her go with dignity, love and care. We honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better and the whole process from Petar visiting, to us getting Rosie back home was incredible. I won't hesitate to call him again when the time comes for our other cats x

I emailed late one Sunday afternoon with regards to the health of our ageing husky Koda.
I was quickly contacted and a quality of life assessment arranged for the following day.
Petar the vet took time to listen to Koda's recent health story and checked him over.
He explained everything calmly and thoroughly, allowing us time to process the situation.
Unfortunately the decision was sadly an obvious one, but Petar stepped back to give us space and time to make our call.
Petar continued to talk us through it all as we said goodbye to our boy. This happened serenely in our garden with us present, keeping Koda calm and relaxed.
Koda had an individual cremation and his ashes returned personally by Petar as part of the service.
He still took time to talk, speaking calmly about how things had been etc.
The whole process was professional and compassionate in the extreme.
I have no hesitation recommending this company and service.
We would like to thank Petar and his wife Elena for making a painful episode as pain free as it could have been. Thank you both.

Peter was extremely kind thoughtful and patient. He took the time to explain what to expect and made sure we had time with Roo before and after he went to sleep. Made a one of the worst days of our life bearable.

I contacted the Vet2Go to have our sweet boy Milo put to sleep. Petar from the outset was so compassionate, showed so much care, love and kindness. I will forever be grateful for making such a difficult situation that little bit easier. In comparison to have our other dog put to sleep at the vets. Without a shadow of a doubt this was by far the better option. Peter has a way of making everyone feel calm and I know my sweet boy in that moment felt so loved by all.

When our beloved Dogue de Bordeaux, Bruce, peacefully passed away in his sleep at home after almost 10 years of unconditional love and companionship, we were heartbroken.
At around 6am I contacted Vet2Go, and from that very first call they showed genuine compassion, kindness and understanding. They quickly arranged to collect Bruce at 10am the same morning, and every part of the process was handled with professionalism, dignity and heartfelt care.
Losing a much-loved family member is one of the hardest experiences anyone can go through, but the team made an incredibly painful day just a little easier. They treated Bruce with the respect he deserved and showed sincere empathy towards our family throughout. They also arranged his cremation, taking away so much of the stress at a time when we simply couldn't think straight.
Thank you to everyone at Vet2Go for your speed, professionalism and, above all, your genuine compassion. We will always be grateful for the kindness you showed to Bruce and to us. I would wholeheartedly recommend your service to anyone facing the heartbreaking loss of a much-loved pet

I would highly recommend Petar to anyone having to go through this sad and sensitive time! He understood completely how devastated we were, he showed care and compassion at a time when we really needed it. Our dog was everything to us, we had him from 8 weeks old until 14.5 years and we are so grateful to have had him pass peacefully at home with us.
