The Watch Experts Avis

I recently purchased a Rolex datejust 116233 from The Watch Experts. From start to finish an excellent customer experience. Adam and Michael were very helpful and patient throughout the purchase. Plenty communications, friendly and swift to respond. Lastly - a very competitive price having done my research they were the best priced. 100% satisfied.

I had an excellent experience with The Watch Experts. I ordered a TAG Heuer Formula 1 CAZ1011 Chronograph at a great price, and it arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described. Delivery was quick, and the whole buying process was smooth and hassle-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be back!

First time buying from The Watch Experts, what a great experience, dealt with Adam and nothing was too much trouble, answered any questions, sent extra pic when asked for. Highly recommended, this is how it should be done!!

Saw a Rolex Explorer II on their website at a fantastic price, a deal that couldn’t be missed. Apart from my bank wanting unprecedented levels of authorisation after initially declining my payment, the sale went without a hitch. Special shout out to Adam who went above and beyond. Unbelievable customer service. I really couldn’t have asked for more.
Great communication all the way from payment (eventually) to delivery and afterwards.
The watch is amazing and I would recommend The Watch Experts to anyone looking to purchase a watch.
Thank you

Bought a lovely Tag off the website. Turned up on my doorstep a few days later in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Highly reccomend!

Ordered an Omega from the Watch Experts and dealt with Adam, he was brilliant from start to finish, and nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend this company.

Really easy to deal with. Open and honest communications, a fair exchange proposition and swift delivery. Spot on

I’ve received my 3 watches this morning and all I can say is the pictures that were on their website were exactly what I got. Amazing service as always off Adam. Second time I’ve used this company and definitely won’t be the last. I can’t recommend this company enough

Got my tudor black bay and it’s a great deal and Adam gave me a great price and freebies as well. I’m so happy with my purchase and looking forward unto the next. Great communication as easy as 1,2,3.

Regards to Adam for recognising me as most cheeky costumer 😊

Thanks: Nick

Just bought a Breitling from Watch Experts. I made contact with them and Adam gave me some in depth info and I was sold. The watch arrived in 24 hours and I’m very impressed. The watch is totally as described, the buying process was simple and great communication throughout. My only recommendation is that there isn’t a phone contact number.

However, great to deal with and will use again.

Gorgeous watch, as new condition, very fast delivery and well packed, fantastic service and experience im delighted, thank you!!!!

I’m not a big fan of buying expensive items online, but after speaking to Adam about the watch, I felt confident I wouldn’t be disappointed. He’s an absolute professional, and the service was exemplary. My watch arrived less than 24 hours after paying for it, and it was even better than I expected. Thank you so much.

Absolutely love the Tag watch. Brilliant customer service and delivery. The watch is exactly as described and immaculate. Really pleased. Highly recommend.
