The Well Socks Avis 

To say that the Well Socks company went above and beyond great customer service is a huge understatement! I started out asking a basic question about the material of the socks because I thought I knew what I wanted. However, I learned more about compression socks over the course of probably 6-10 back and forth emails than I ever thought I needed to know. LOL. I proceeded to order a pair, but they turned out to be the wrong size, which was mostly on me, because my foot and calf are weird. I'll leave it at that. They then offered to send another size at no cost, and these fit a lot better. I proceeded to wear them on 2 nine hour flights and they worked great. The only downside is that I wear minimalist shoes that allows my toes to spread out. I felt that these socks were restricting my toes a bit from doing that. Again, I want to stress that the back and forth emails to get the right socks to me was incredible. I would definitely do business with them again.

I ordered 6 pair of these compression socks, 2 Black, 2 Blue, and 2 Gray. When I got them I had 6 pair of Black. I was really disappointed and sent an email to the company. I heard nothing, so I sent another email, again nothing. In total I sent 4 emails and thought they did not care about whether the customer was happy or not. Finally I received an answer and an apology for making me feel like they did not care. Somehow my emails got put into a spam folder. They answered me and apologized for ignoring my emails. They said they would make it right by sending me 2 Blue pair and 2 Gray pair at no cost to me. They did that and I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend these socks and this company as they truly care about their customers.
