Thewheelshop Avis

Placed an order at 10pm Wednesday; order dispatched by 7.30am Thursday. Delivered 10am Friday.
Great service.
And I thought a spare wheel would cost me a lot. Very reasonable. I wish the car makers would provide these instead of providing a useless can off gunk and leaving us high and dry by the roadside

Totally astonished at the speed of delivery. The wheel and tools are brand new. Cannot fault this company. Deserves 6 stars.

What can I say that's not already been said, can not fault the wheel shop in any way from ordering to delivery truly a 5 star company.

Exceptional service by The Wheel Shop, emailed asking for dimensions to ensure it fitted in the wheel well if my Kia Xceed, answered my email within an hour.
It was ordered, dispatched and delivered in less than 5 days - well done

The delivery was very quick, so full marks for that. I bought a space saver wheel for a BMW. It comes with a jack and wheel brace. The wheel brace does not have the correct size socket but more importantly the jack is not suitable for a BMW. BMWs require a jack with a lifting adaptor to fit into the jacking point. without this the car is likely to roll off the jack. Wheel Shop replied quickly to my first email and told me that the jack is a universal fit and can be used. This is NOT correct, the jack will NOT fit. Using this jack without the correct adaptor is dangerous and would risk injury and damage. Beware! They have not responded when I stated that the jack definitely does not fit.

This is the first time I have given anyone 5 Stars.
Ordered my spare wheel, jack & tools Friday afternoon and it was delivered Monday morning, excellent servic e, and exceptional customer care from Michael & kamila.
Many Thanks

Just want to recommend this company, I purchased a spare wheel for my Honda Jazz months ago, put it in the boot not realising it was a 5 stud not 4 as required, on discovery this week, I contacted thewheelshop they checked their records and dispatched a replacement and returns note for the other the next day FOC. Excellent service by lovely people, deserving of praise. Good value and quality too. Nikki Trigg.

Brilliant service quickest delivery possible and really pleased with spare wheel tyre and jack.
Sent email asking for correct pressure for tyre and received reply immediately.
Would 100% recommend.

Called for advice and and they were extremely helpful and explained exactly what I needed.
Placed the order and it was delivered on time.
The quality of the wheel/tyre and the tools was 1st class and overall, it was one of the best online experiences I have had online and I would give it 6 stars

Excellent prompt service. Very helpful discussion before purchase

Wanted a spare wheel and tyre for my daughters first car. Rang and got an answer within 5 rings. Spoke to a lovely representative who answered my query. I ordered on Tuesday morning online and had delivery (no extra charge) by 2 pm on Wednesday. Fabulous experience all round. Highly recommend. Thank you.

A fantastic experience, found them on eBay and gave them a call, after being told even by main dealers that they wouldn't be able to get a wheel for my Dacia jogger for atleast 2 weeks, the lad on the phone was great listened to my ranting and advised me they could get a tyre and a wheel out to me in 2 days if I ordered. I was sceptical as how could a shop have it and not a main dealer? Low and behold after ordering it on Tuesday the wheel was here on Thursday! The tools were great and the wheel was perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough and sent them to all my friends and family just incase anyone's stuck for any of their products! Hoping they get the Dacia jogger winter wheel set soon!

I wanted some new rear tyres for my aging Corsa C. After getting a few quotes £95 - £120, I stumbled upon the wheel shop. For only a bit more I could get brand new steel rims+tyres (mine were very rusty). Emailed to double check they would fit.
Ordered on the Friday received on the Monday.
Really impressed with the quality of the rims & tyres (Linlong).
Would recommend!

I asked them if it was OK to order the recommended 20 inch spare wheel even though I had 19 inch alloys (2024 audi A6 avant) - they assured me it was and that it would fit in the wheel well of the boot even with the B&O subwoofer fitted - absolutely correct - great price - speedy free delivery - quality item - couldn't ask for more really

Excellent service The Wheel Shop. Full size spare wheel+tools ordered and delivered quickly. Highly Recommend
