No tracking reference caused missed delivery.
The lack of a tracking reference caused problems.
Without one I could not tell when it would be out for delivery and could not make arrangements with Royal Mail for an agreed delivery slot.
Due to a hospital appointment I missed the deliver.
A tracking service would have prevented this.
I checked Royal Mail Track and Trace and there most definitely is an option to reschedule a delivery when tracking is used. If anything, 3 stars is overrated in view of your misinformation.

We are sorry that you were inconvenienced by the lack of tracking information - unfortunately Royal Mail tracking isn't very helpful any more: the only information provided is when a parcel has been delivered, which is more for the benefit of the sender than the recipient. There is no facility to change the delivery date.
Some customers ask us to write a note for the postman on the box e.g. leave with a neighbour, inside the porch etc, which we are always very happy to do.
The only other alternative is to use a courier service which would increase the delivery cost considerably.
An excellent company.
Easy to order. Prompt and efficient service. Product arrived securely packed and on time.

Beautiful wind chimes.
Excellent delivery time to Northern Isles. It was very helpful being able to listen to the different chimes. Very pleased with the items which I had ordered and I am planning to purchase more for Christmas presents.

Quick and excellent service. The website is very easy to use with all information about the chimes you might need. I heard from the shop to say they were posting on the same morning I ordered it. Beautiful chimes at a very competitive price. The sound of these chimes is just glorious. I definitely recommend this shop.
