Excellent customer service
I called to ask a couple of things and make sure the chime was going to arrive in time and the lady was really helpful, saying they would try their best to get it straight out in the post. These days a personal touch like this goes a long way. The Koshi Wind Chime (Aria) arrived really quickly in plenty of time for gifting and had a beautiful melody, just as demonstrated on the site (it's also really helpful to be able to hear the melodies of each chime before buying online!)
Bought as a gift, and the recipient (who is a music teacher) loves it!

Highly recommend.
Easy to listen to and choose the wind chime. Ordering straightforward and delivery was prompt and the parcel well wrapped. Very happy with the excellent quality and tone of the wind chime.

Item came really quickly
Item came really quickly. As far as I can see it's fine. I didn't want to unpack it as I had bought it for a Christmas present.
I bought this same chime several years ago. It has been outside in all weathers and it still makes the lovely sound it did when I bought it.
