Right wine. Good price and quick delivery

Our friends were very pleased with the wine gift which was delivered on time

Unfortunately, the high pricing (of a known item), delivery price, and then very slow despatch and delivery speed meant that I was very unhappy with my purchase. I paid approx 20% over supermarket price for champagne, paid I think £7.95 for delivery and as it took over 4 days from my order, missed the birthday I was buying the gift for. I’m very disappointed indeed.

I was given a token for wine this Xmas. Had never been in The Wine Company before. I had ordered wine online but the token hadn’t been taken off. The staff in the branch on the ormeau Road were so helpful and we enjoyed the experience of looking round the plentiful wines on display. So far we have drunk a wonderful bottle of Rose wine with tasting notes to help us savour the flavour. Well worth a visit

The Wine Company NI were amazing to deal with from Australia. They took the time to read the detail in my order where I mentioned it was a birthday present for my daughter. The company then emailed me to advise they would put a birthday card into the delivery at no cost. Amazing! And so personalised. Thank you so much.
