We had a new shower room fitted by Andy and his team, Shaun and Oscar. They were amazing from start to finish, always on time and never let us down on anything, were very tidy and polite. The completed job was amazing and job was at a fantastic price. What a transformation. Would definitely recommend The Wirral bath co to anyone. 10/10, without a doubt.

I have owned my property for over 25 years and installed numerous extensions and renovations over the years and this company has exceeded all of them by far. From my initial chat with Andy at the shop, it was clear this guy knows his business and I was immediately impressed by his honesty and genuine integrity which is so rare to find in this business. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I am thrilled with the outcome.
Ritchie and Steve who completely transformed my bathroom were simply amazing throughout the entire process. Not forgetting the lovely Callum who managed all the phone call updates to perfection. They were all incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely lovely guys. Not only did they arrive on time and work diligently, but their phenomenal attention to detail was second to none. They kept my home super tidy- installing a plastic carpet covering that withheld throughout the 2 and 1/2 week installation. This touch made the entire experience stress-free, and the finished reveal exceeded all my expectations.
The transformation of our small tired separate toilet room and bathroom into a spacious wet style bathroom now has a seamless, modern look, giving the bathroom a luxurious, yet functional feel.
Additionally, I was very impressed with the competitive pricing which made the decision even easier. if your here thinking of using this company, stop thinking about it and do it now, i needed my poor tired old bathroom replacing and while thumbing through a local magazine i seen their ad, i did exactly what your doing now, looking at reviews, well heres mine, i simply had to do it, to all concerned in the replacing of my bathroom to the luxurious one i have now, from my first chat to Andy, their expert in their office and showroom who designs your bathroom, to the actual workers on your property fitting out the bathroom, an absolute first class job, the whole outfit runs like a well oiled machine, impeccable service 10/10

We visited several companies locally before deciding to entrust The Wirral Bath Co with a redesign of our ensuite. My Wife has Alzheimer's and was struggling to get in/out of our dated shower enclosure safely due to a big step up, we also needed to add a toilet for ease of night use which was increasing.
Andy spent several appointments with us helping to plan how we could acheive a safe and useable result that also looked great and didn't look like a care home or hospital.
The fitters were brilliant and kept all the considerable mess contained and the rest of the house clean.
For such a relatively small room there was an aweful lot of work needed and several different tradespeople all coordinated, they were all super friendly and helpful and assisted us making a few modifications on the fly.
The end result was great and exceeded our expectations. We had a couple of very minor snagging issues which were dealt with promptly and pleasantly. Overall a very good experience at a fair price.
That was spring 2024. Last week I rang Andy to ask if I could pay him to help us by fitting some extra supports to the tiled walls either side of the toilet and if possible to do the same in our other toilet as well, he said they would be happy to help and would look after us as previous customers. Within a few days Sean came round and completed fitting the supports that I had bought. This has made a huge difference to my Wife's ability to use the toilets, for which we were very grateful.
Afterwards when I asked how much we owed them for the work Andy said they were happy to do it for nothing as part of the original job! To say I was astonished would be an understatement - your kindness is very much appreciated. Thank you all.

Wirral Bath company replaced our bath with a walk-in shower. Cannot praise the service enough. End result was done to a high standard. Fitter (Andy) was excellent; not just his work but his work ethic. Arrived each day right on time and informed us when he went for lunch or to collect items and the time he would return.
Cleaned up each day when he had finished; Even vacuumed the stairs on the last day!

I’ve had 2 bathrooms fitted by Andy and his team couldn’t recommend them enough. From entering the showroom to the completion of the job. Top drawer. I recommended him to another family member who is quite hard to please and they were over the moon with the work that Andy and his team had done. Keep up with the great work.

For a new customer there’s nothing quite like receiving a warm, professional greeting from a company on your first meeting. But there’s nothing quite like that here, I’m afraid. A bloke ‘greeted’ me with a look which almost said ‘what do you want?’ It was as if I had inconveniently taken him away from whatever fun he might have been having in his back office. Their website clearly states they ‘will be delighted to discuss your requirements and show you a range of examples’. None of that was shown to me. In fact there was no real professional knowledge evident nor any personable skills shown here either. No desire to value potential business. He exuded the very negativity that only instilled in me an absolute lack of any confidence in the company or any desire for me to spend any of my money with it. Too much competition around. My ideal is always to go first to local independent businesses with my money. This was such a disappointment.

Very good, very professional turned up on time cleaned up before they finished very good standard of work. I don't often recommend company's but this one I do. Andy is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
