Honestly, its genuinely disappointing to see people trying to bring down a brand with such a flurry of negative reviews, especially when my friends and I have been shopping from here for over a year and have had nothing but the best experience. Ive seen the complaints about delivery and customer service, but my last order, which was the Isla One-Shoulder Maxi Dress and a pair of the Urban Street Style cargo trousers, arrived in four days flat, which is brilliant considering the current state of international shipping. My mate, Sarah, had a slight issue with a top being too big, and the customer service team sorted the return and refund within a week, no fuss, no ghosting, just a quick email exchange and it was done. Weve all been so impressed with the quality, the fabrics are thick and the stitching is proper strong, not like the flimsy stuff you get from other fast fashion sites. I think people need to remember that sometimes things go wrong, but this brand has consistently delivered on quality and style for us, and I’m happy to put my name to a five-star review to balance out the noise. Keep up the great work, The Woman Concept, youve got loyal customers here.

Said they’d refund and ghosted

Placed an order and the order did not ship. I reached out to support and they said they ran out of my size and issued me a refund. I checked the site and all sizes are stocked. I’ve asked them to place the order again, I still haven’t received my refund, and I’ve followed up every day without a response.

I'm happy with my purchase

Placed an order in September, still nothing in Late December

I placed a dress order in September for a dress. Was told twice it was out of stock but still showing in stock on the website. Was told I could wait for it to come back in stock and receive 50% discount or have it fully refunded and canceled. I’m genuinely sorry, an order placed in September shouldn’t still be unresolved in late December, and the back-and-forth about “out of stock” while the website still showed availability is not acceptable.

To be clear: we don’t want you waiting any longer. If you send us your order number and the email used at checkout, we will close this today with your preferred option:

Immediate full refund, or

Cancel + refund and (if you still want it later) we can notify you once it’s truly back in stock.

If you were offered a 50% discount to wait, we will honor that promise — but given how long this has already taken, we completely understand if you’d rather just be refunded now.

Again, I’m sorry for the frustration this caused, and we’ll make sure this is handled properly and quickly once we have your details.

Scammed and They Won't Reply

I ordered a shirt from here on August 22nd and was initially told that there was a large amount of orders but I would receive a confirmation in 1-2 days when it was shipped as well as a tracking number. On September 1st there was still no confirmation so I contacted them and they told me that it would be sent in two days. I contacted them. It was never sent and no updates so I contacted them again two weeks later on September 18th asking the status and didn't receive a reply. I contacted them again September 21st with still no reply and again on October 3rd (over 3 months since I ordered) and this time asked for a refund if they weren't going to send the shirt and still no reply. It is now October 30th and I still have not heard anythings from them. We checked and the purchase did go through and was charged to our card meaning they took my money and didn't send me my shirt. Very unhappy, this isn't a trustworthy site, it's a scam.
UPDATE: After posting this review I received an email from them telling me that my order was supposed to be refunded because it was out of stock (not true) this is copy and paste of one of their emails from September 3rd (a Wednesday) "Regarding your order: the blouse you selected was temporarily out of stock in your size. We are receiving a restock from our supplier on Monday, and as soon as the new items arrive your order will be packed and shipped out the same day." This is a scam.
UPDATE AGAIN: Well, it's January 23rd 2026 and they finally refunded me a few days ago because the item I ordered was apparently still out of stock but I'm glad to have this all done with. I'd like to update this to be a positive review, but I honestly don't think this is a very trustworthy place to order from, unfortunately.

Ordered two dresses in August-only got one. No chance to contact the company-email address on the webpage doesn’t work. We have sent at least three emails. The telephone number is in GB and we can’t call from where we live!

It’s really a shame-the one dress we got was pretty good quality for the price!

There is zero customer service

Ich habe vor zwei Wochen etwas bestellt und nur nach der Bestätigung der Bestellung kein einziges Update mehr erhalten. Ich habe versucht den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren, aber der existiert offensichtlich nicht, obwohl eine Emailadresse angeführt wird. Mindestens 10 Emails habe ich verfasst, um ein Statusupdate bzw. eine Antwort zu bekommen - absolut keine Reaktion. Höchstwahrscheinlich handelt es sich um Betrug, ich werde auf EU-Ebene Anzeige erstatten.

After 17 days order is still not shipped

I made Order #3040 Back on June 26 and still no info about the shipment. I sent an email on 4 days ago and there’s no answer… Starting to think this is a scam. 17 days after I ordered, there’s no info.

Beautiful dress, even better service

ordered a dress from The Woman Concept and couldn't be happier. It arrived quickly, the quality is amazing, and it fits like a dream. I've already gotten compliments every time l've worn it!

Waited 3 months for my item and still haven’t received it. It still hasn’t been sent. Do not trust this site. If I however receive I will delete review. I really wanted this! As I’ve paid for it. All emails ignored. Address isn’t correct I phoned from google maps and its offices that have never heard of them. Shocking

This is a scam

This is a scam, don't waste your money. As other reviews state, customer service does not exist and you cannot return any items, even if they are damaged. I reached out to the company 7 times about returns and received no response. Clothes are cheaply made (I suppose to be expected) and do not look like the photos online. Do not recommend.

Absolutely never again, i’m a very reasonable and very decent person, i’ve tried to get in contact with this company 3 TIMES (all different methods btw) ! and called them… turns out THE NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST, THE NUMBER DOESNT WORK AND THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS!!!! ordered on the 24th of november it is the 4th of december and it said my package would be here in 6-11 days which i understand it can still come tomorrow… however that would be quite challenging as it’s not even been processed yet?.. (UPDATE) 25th of may 2025 and this is them only just getting to my review asking for proof, okay so do you want to reply again and i can send them over here or would you like it in an email you will never open and let it collect dust 😂😂 I was very honest with this company about not being scared to open my mouth about these things so here we are! ALSO when ACTIVELY trying to get in contact with this brand they continued to post on social media stories and social media in general.
