The Wooden Pool Store Avis

Trina is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you. The wooden pool store understand that buying a pool is a long term commitment for their customers and support every step of the way and for the years to come! I can’t thank Trina enough for all the help she has given us

Great experience : fair price, perfect agent to answer my questions and good shipping services

really good product supplied, easily ordered by phone with fast delivery, small issue with a couple of missing parts, all sorted out quickly and without any problem. would definitely use the company again and have recommend to family and friends.

I found the wooden Poolstore to be very professional in all aspects and would recommend them to anyone

Purchased the 6mx3m Urban Pool from Trina. Communication excellent. Pool delivered within 2 weeks from ordering along with the Heat Pump, Hoover and swim jet. All recommended. We also used Trina’s suggestion Jamie re installation. He and his guys gave a price. Stuck to it. Turned up on time and installed the whole pool within 3 days. Cannot recommend the whole process highly enough. From delivery we were using the pool within a fortnight. Superb service.

Such great service from Trina and the team. So quick to respond and to give advice. We LOVE our pool. We had a builder build it for us but if you have the time it is simple to do and so worth the effort!!!

Friendly and helpful company who stock great wooden pools!

Took a while to put together a bit tricky but we finally finished The Pool and we love it the kids think it’s great they’ve been in it all summer. We have an air source Heat pump and would recommend having one it’s so lovely and heats really well.

Overall, an excellent experience with an efficient and friendly company. Pool arrived as advised with nothing missing. Only issue was the lack of clear, sometimes ambiguous, build instructions which meant that I had to contact the company a number of times. They did their best to put things right. Recommended.

Very helpful staff great advice got heat pump for our hot tub worked straight out of the box with small adaption to the tubs plumbing should cut running cost to a third at least thanks

Items arrived in a timely manner and were as described.

We purchased an exercise pool at the end of 2020 which was delivered as planned in April 2021. The product is excellent and coupled with a Thermotec Fun 8.5Kw air source heater the package seems to be very cost effective. In the current weather the heater is only on for about 3 hours a day resulting in a pool temperature of 26ºC for a cost of around £2.50/day

A very helpful and well informed company -

We are loving our Endless Pool Fastlane supplied by The Wooden Pool store. Arrived a little ahead of schedule which was great. Has great updates from sales while we waited.

Good product, arrived on time, nice sales rep, easy to build and looks awesome!

I was tempted to use another pool supplier, but when I spoke with the team at Wooden Pool Store they gave me all the answers I needed without any complicated explanation and their advice was concise and detailed. so i have placed my order and now await delivery! Looking forward to it.
