The Yoghurt Capsule Avis 

I'm finding them easy to take. It's my first order so I've yet to feel any difference although am not so bloated this past week.

Within the 2nd day I noticed a difference. Will definitely keep taking them.

Product has berm amazing at fast relief from decades of pain and discomfort from constipation and massive laxative use for ...after 2 months, it's now only intermittent use if I've had extra stress or wrong foods

Only been using them
for 1 week so far, and have noticed an improvement all ready, so, with more time I am sure things can only improve,

I have been taking these now for a couple of months, initially one capsule 30 minutes before breakfast. In the last month I have increased to one capsule 30 minutes before each of my three meals and this has proved to be of enormous benefit with regard to my IBS, giving me more predictability and more freedom. Highly recommend product and seller.
