I really liked the quality of the cards but I ordered on December 27th and didn't realize they wouldn't be processed until the 7th of January. This has definitely been stressful and disappointing.

Great quality delivered in a timely and courteous manner. And reasonably priced, too. I’m a big fan and repeat customer.

While the THikit sample packet was very affordable and wonderful to have when making decisions, the customer service made us not proceed with placing an order. We talked to the customer service representative via email and phone multiple times over the period of a week. She spoke so quietly that we could never tell what her name was and it was difficult to communicate with her in general. We emphasized that we were on a tight timeline and just as we were about to finalize things, after going back and forth all week, she left us hanging and did not respond. We decided to cut our losses and just not proceed with using THikit. We recognize that this was likely a busy time leading up to the holidays, but this doesn't excuse poor communication especially when we felt we were extremely friendly and forgiving throughout the process.

I've used Thikit to print my Christmas cards the past 5 years. Their quality, turnaround time, and customer service is unmatched. Highly recommend! Thank you Thikit!
