We purchased a Chinese laser, which may be cheaper but not knowing anything about lasers was a problem setting it up. Gavin was great, by the end of the day he corrected what the manufacturers assembled wrong, got it up and running and taught us how to use it. He also pointed out a few jobs we needed to do to make it safer.
