Buyer Beware: ThinkPinkWarrior
On September 9, 2026, I ordered a shirt from ThinkPinkWarrior because I believed I was purchasing the type of shirt shown and described on their website. The shirt appeared to be made of thicker material—something you would wear over another shirt for warmth.
I received the shirt on September 19. What I received was completely different from what I expected based on the website. The material was extremely thin, felt almost like paper, and appeared cheaply made. It was not the quality or type of shirt I believed I had ordered.
I contacted the company by email the same day I received it and requested a refund. Their website states that customers can receive a refund if they respond within 15 days, and I responded immediately.
On September 20, the company requested photographs of the shirt and the scan codes, which I provided in good faith.
Beginning September 23, ThinkPinkWarrior repeatedly offered me partial refunds—first 15%, then 30%, then 40%, and eventually 50% on September 26. I declined each offer because I was requesting the full refund provided for under their stated return policy.
I purchased from this company in part because its website presents itself as supporting breast cancer awareness. As a cancer survivor myself, that message was meaningful to me, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
I cannot personally verify where the company is based or where the clothing is manufactured, so I will not make a definitive claim about that. However, based on my own experience, I received a product that was substantially different in quality and appearance from what I believed I was purchasing, and my request for a full refund has not been honored.
I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing from ThinkPinkWarrior.
Please look carefully at the return policy and product descriptions before ordering.

The items shown do not look at all like what you get. They are not sweaters. They are prints of sweaters. Tried to return and was told it would cost $50 to return it and they don't give full return price. Do not buy!!!!

I ordered what I thought was a heavy sweater as well as a hoodie but it arrived in a cheap material with nothing to do as a sweater. They wanted me to return it with me paying for the return anywhere from $30-60. I can't wear these items. The material is awful. I won't return it but will donate it if someone is willing to wear them.

What I order is not what I received. The clothes are not correctly sized. Horrible quality and looks cheap. Absolutely disappointed! I have ask for a refund and no response. Do not order from the site thinkpinkwarrior.com

This is absolutely the worst company to deal with! They say they accept returns and issue refunds on their awful merchandise, which is not remotely close to the website. I bought what looked like a sweater cardigan and its 100% polyester so it's a print of a sweater. Their customer service is a complete joke I'll be including the letter I received from them about my return: Here is the reality that many customers don't realize until they try to return something. For a return like this, you would need to cover the return shipping cost yourself. Based on your location and the weight of the item, return shipping would cost you approximately $30–$60 — sometimes even more. That money goes to the carrier, not back to you.
On top of that, the return process typically takes 2–4 weeks. The package has to travel back to our warehouse, be inspected, and then the refund is processed. After all that, you would end up with maybe 50–70% of what you originally paid — and you would have nothing to show for it.
To be honest with you, we don't think that's a good deal for you. You would lose time and money, and end up empty-handed. That's why we usually don't recommend returns to our customers — not because we don't want to accept them, but because they almost always end up being a bad financial decision for the customer.
What we usually suggest instead is keeping the item. All the designs on our clothing are created and printed by us. You won't find these exact items anywhere else — they are unique and one-of-a-kind. Each piece carries the creativity and effort of our small design team. That special value is something you won't get from mass-produced, generic clothing. In that case, we suggest you wear it, gift it to a friend or family member, or donate it. That way, you get something of value for your money, rather than losing money on return shipping and ending up with nothing.
I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, and I'm sorry if it's disappointing. But I believe in being honest with our customers rather than pretending that returns are a great deal. If you still feel strongly about returning after reading this, please reply and let me know. I'll explain the next steps — but I hope you'll take a moment to consider whether it's really worth it. Clearly you don't want to purchase anything from this company who represents themselves as having a connection with breast cancer, they should be ashamed!

Inferior material, way bigger than a large should be (blouse is more like a XXL) & doesn't look like the pictures at all. I did report them to the BBB.

I ordered a witch tee shirt from this company. It’s too large.
Easy returns is a misconception. This is a fraudulent company using breast cancel awareness as their platform.
I have sent the information they need many measurements and pictures. Not good enough.
Buyer beware! This is not a reputable business.

Was very disappointed as to what I eventually recieved. The three tops I ordered were NOTHING like the picture on the website. I now question whether money was a donation to the breast cancer fund.

On August 31st, I ordered from this company. Here it is September 18th and nothing. I emailed customer service (joke) and was told it could take. Up to 20 business days to arrive! So that’s a month they’ve had my money. DON’T order from this so called company.

Ordered large but neckline VERY SMALL for a large & very hard to put on! Contacted them & they told me to take pictures & measure 4 spots on shirt. I sent all that & then they requested pictures of me taking the measurements!!! I just asked to exchange for another shirt with larger style neck. They told me no & to give it away or take it to a tailor!!!
Offered me 5% discount on another shirt..& again pay shipping. This is customer DISSATISFACTION!! Avoid this company😡
Expensive lesson.

I'm negotiating a return with them at this time. They first offered 15% money back if I keep them. Now, they offered 30% back. Their clothing is cheap stuff from probably China. All silkscreen prints rather than real embroidered jackets as shown on their website. Don't buy from them. I'll be contacting my CC company about getting my money back. Very bad company that is supposedly representing themselves as Breast Cancer Foundation. A real scam!

Took forever to get my items. Ordered what looked to be a lovely embroidered sweater and a sweatshirt. The sweater is NOT a sweater but a cheesy, cheaply made, thin silkscreened shirt,and the sweatshirt was maybe as heavy as a cheap tee shirt. RUN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received my three sweaters that I ordered and what I received was junk items that looked nothing like the sweater on the website. As people have previous set, it is actual print on some cheap nylon fabric. And of course you can’t get any information out of them to return it. I sent a note to my bank and they gave me a credit right from the company. Do not use this company whatsoever.

Can I give less than one star? My wife ordered a sweater from this company. Besides taking nearly a full month to arrive, the image did not match the product received. We were expecting it to have actual embroidery. Instead, it was silkscreened. They also use a shipping company I've never heard of and it doesn't provide accurate status. I would never use or recommend this company.
