I ordered 9 wetwall panel's and ceiling panel's and assorted trims all were smashed at the ends and edge's from claddtech and was contacted by thinktaps Ltd by a girl named Millie

And was told would need to be cut!!! But not to this extent and not if I plan to use the tongue and groove system

Ordered 8 wetwall panels and 4 were smashed up, was told it was fine because I would probably need to cut them to fit the area! When I said I wanted replacement I was told only if I send the old ones back and only when they get them they would send me new ones, pushing the job back by 2 weeks, terrible Customer service, NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM HERE

The items provided ( panels for bathroom walls ) were different colours and the incorrect number of adhesives were sent. Beware of this company as they are not to be trusted

Shocking shocking shocking! Let me order and took payment so when I didn’t get any updates I tried to make contact by phone email live chat to discuss my postcode area. Got on live chat with ‘Libbie’ and strangely disconnected mid chat! Unable to get any response after 20 or 30 attempts. I have now opened a case via PayPal. Will be reporting to consumer council and whoever else I can report to. Wish I’d read reviews first.

Terrible company.unable to contact to arrange return as item supplied not fit for purpose.
Took item to local hermes drop off. They refused as it too large.

Stuck to get refund and return.
Unable to communicate.
Communicated through Amazon but no response.

Avoid dealing at every cost with crook company

Please don't waste your money. This company is amongst the worst I have ever dealt with.
They will take your money and eventually (if your lucky) they will send out a product that is broken scratched twisted and discolored, Then they will ignore your emails and complaints and refuse to refund if they don't get the items back at your cost and in perfect condition.
I did leave negative feedback on eBay like hundreds of others but eBay deletes' it !!!!

PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!!
Without a shadow of doubt ‘ThinkTapsLtd’ / Cladtech / any other sister companies they hide behind are criminals that are scamming innocent people by selling faulty knock off goods! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE ORDERING!!
Currently under investigation for fraud & false advertisement with ombudsman!
Shop elsewhere if you want your products to arrive.

6/7 panels turned up damaged. Took 6 days to get a replacement having had to place another order, which turned up damaged. Won't expadite a replacement, won't do next day delivery, fill of excuses "only following orders" being the most used. Appalling service, they just don't care once they have your money. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered some panels and beadings from them.i received the panels but not the beadings.i found the parcel in the back of the house.when I enquired about the beadings they said that the driver had delivered them and that I signed for them.Did not even know that the delivery had been made.They believe the driver about me signing for them but he must of forged a signature himself I have sent them a copy of my signature but they said they cannot do anything about it.Do not deal with this company

Update - apparently the way to contact them is through "SUPPORT AT CLADDTECH.FRESHDESK.COM"
They said all the other ways I'd contacted had gone to spam (various emails, 2 phone numbers, PayPal dispute and via eBay, amazon and Facebook, so quite an impressive spam filter they must have!) They eventually refunded me the missing parts of my order.

Absolutely terrible. Seems they are one of multiple dodgy companies. Claddtech, claddworld, Thinktaps etc.
Half my order missing and no response to email, phone or PayPal dispute. Absolutely rubbish.

total lack of customer service, left me completely in the lurch caused untold stress and frustration, no reply to emails no phone number, reported to watchdog and trading standards

This is second time I've ordered from these now both times not sent the flooring.

There now ignoring my emails and every time I ring there's no answer and you can't leave message for call back cause it says there message box is full.

Very poor customer service, I had an order delivered on the 8th Jan 2020, which was not complete. Looked on the tracking information, it showed the order was spilt at the depot.
I have tried to contact Thinktaps on the phone number provided on their website, which states a landline, but I have never seen a phone number like this, so I am probably paying a high rate cost for trying to dare and contact them.
They have never answered any phone call, I have called over 15 times.
You then send an email through their site, again no response or acknowledgment.
Would I use them again, most definitely not, you may feel you are getting value for money, in the end it costs you extra because the products either don't arrive or are damaged and then you spend your time trying to contact them to no avail.
DO NOT USE!!!!

Terrible company. Paid over £300 for panels and trims.Was running out, needed 2 panels but had to buy 4.Late.Needed 4 trims.Then the lies start ed. First 4 wrong size. Said they would would get to the bottom of it. Second order came, wrong size again.Was given refund that I didn't want or ask for. They said they hadn't any of my size. They had however bought from China the 2 other sizes and put them in the "bay" for my size. If they had to order these 2 sizes, why not order the other size that "bay" was empty. Their explanation was the size was mark wrong from China. So 2 sizes marked wrong into an empty "bay" I get 2 orders wrong but with the same size. I would obviously got a mixture of the 2 wrong sizes. Story goes on but I hope you get the idea. AKA think cladding. Sorry for long review. Believe me there's a lot more. R. Pirrie.

Most, if not all, of the 5 star reviews seem to be complementing Thinktaps on the speed and efficiency of their delivery, the rest relate to this companies response to any problems, which are generally 1 star, and only that because you can't give a 0 star rating. Their after-sales service is abysmal, claim that any problems are not their fault and tell outright lies. No wonder they are only rated 262 out of 282 bathroom suppliers.

Just ordered 10 x large shower panels for our refit. Ordered at 11am on Monday and ceived them the next day. I had 1 of the panels with edge damage, and after sending a photo, they sent me a replacement out that i got the next day! can't argue with that!

Terrible company, can’t get hold of them after receiving 10 sheets of bathroom cladding all damaged, 10 ceiling panels all damaged, managed to salvage 9 panels bunt choooing down and buying more trim for a different company, I’ve sent them numerous photos to prove damage and then they want more!! I want a refund and your rubbish picking up please!! DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!!! They will rip you off

Sent an order off for 25 black sparkle wall panels yesterday. They are already here! Top job! thank you

I ordered a shower tray which arrived quickly and in good condition but which was not the expected material and so did not fit the room. Following the returns advice on their website I emailed them to arrange recollection and refund. I have now emailed 8 times over 2 weeks and heard absolutely nothing back. They are impossible to get hold of by phone and I am stuck with a shower tray I cannot use and do not want.
