Very professional and polite customer service
They are very professional and extremely helpful to volunteers, charity workers and anybody also. I have been working in call centers for more than 15 years and know the difference between customer service and professional customer services.

Very good communication and helpful…
Very good communication and helpful clear advice. However, a couple of details that weren't given were assumed and put in the advice: two ages... I said early twenties and it said 21. Also said a youth member and it said under 18. Neither of these were what I said and were incorrect.

How hard can it be?
Ordered 3 items, 2 of each. Waited three weeks for delivery. Only one of each.
Raised issues. Subsequent delivery received just two of the three. Still waiting for the last one. Now six weeks since first ordered. These are A4 posters. How hard is it to deliver six peices of A4 paper?
Given two stars because customer service has bee easy to get in touch with and very polite.

Two criticisms - (not just you - this happens all the time). Waiting for latecomers is such a waste of time (although I understand why you do it)
I found the pace of information presentation was slow. I think, I could have learnt this quicker.

Thirtyone:eight is a great resource for our Church
Thirtyone:eight give great support and advice. They have great resources and training option for continued development and maintaining best practices. Keeping our organisation up to date with information and new relevent legal requirements. Easy to use website and DBS check procedure. Really like the introduction of the new online ID checks for DBS, saving processing time and keeping individuals personal details secure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thirtyone:eight services to other organisations.
