Easy website to navigate. The book I ordered is brilliant 'Safeguarding as Mission' - great insight into safeguarding for the church using Jesus's encounters with people.

I ordered the book Safeguarding as…
I ordered the book Safeguarding as Mission because I fundamentally believe they are entwined partners. I want to see other folks thinking. It is also a good booklet to pass on to the evangelist’s in our church.

ordering was easy. I placed the order under the wrong address and having spoken to thirgtyone eight the lady i spoke to was very helpful. I have now recieved one of my orders and am very grateful as it was my mistake so thank you for your response.

Almost perfect
Was made aware of the product I ordered via an email newsletter. The link worked well, and the purchase process was simple.
The product was delivered in good condition and in good time.
I didn't give it a five star because the product description didn't mention the age range for the intended audience. I figured out after receipt that I have to wait a bit to use the product with the audience I had in mind.

If you want something from the world. This is for you if you want something from God, stay clear
The safeguarding team were fantastic , as were the finance team. However, with regards to DBS and membership. I've never seen a more shocking service in my life. They take no responsibility for their lack of customer service and it would appear that picking up a phone to resolve issues requires some form of degree. , they are, however, very fast at sending notifications of pending payments because that benefits them.

Of the world, not God. May they learn compassion and demonstrate empathy for their failings
The majority of staff were from home, and do not have the appropriate information in front of them. In addition, they show discrimination because they project their failings onto vulnerable people.
