Good trustworthy company had my boiler replaced same day,tidied up after themselves,10 Yr warranty and boiler seems nice and quiet and more economical right away.

Excellent service. Gary responded immediately to our online enquiry. He carried out a survey the following day (Monday) and the boiler was fitted on Tuesday. The free flush was most welcome. The work carried out by JD was clean, thorough and efficient. Highly recommended.

100% recommended. From the initial visit and quote from Gary to the installation by JD everything was done extremely professionally and with no hassle. Within the week I had a new boiler which I can already tell is heating my home better and cheaper. Very competitive price too. Thanks!

Stumbled across Thistle Boilers on Facebook and decided to get in touch for a quote for a new boiler. Gary was super fast getting back to me and came out the next day. He was honest and explained I could possibly get the boiler serviced to enable it to last a little longer, he also broke down the cost of a new one, explained my options etc. A week later however whilst I was weighing up my options , my boiler completely died.
I contacted him and one of his guys JD came out a couple of days later to fit my new boiler. He fixed a radiator pipe so my pressure wouldn’t drop, he noticed the radiators weren’t working as they should and instead of keeping quiet (like a previous company had been doing for years) he located a valve under a floor upstairs and turned it on so I would get more heat! He managed to get a radiator working which had been cold for 10yrs!! I’m honestly so happy with the service provided. He really did make sure the job was done properly before he left. Also, no mess was left behind which was a bonus! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

From survey to installation everything was courteous,professional and efficient I cannot rate Gary and his team highly enough the job was completed with no problems the fitter was courteous kept the place clean and did a really first class job,if your getting a new boiler definitely go for thistle ,a great service

Replied instantly to request for a quote. Came out within a couple of day's for survey and estimate. Gary was really helpful, knowledgeable and gave me options.
Work carried out a few day's later.
Workmanship second to none. Hardly any disturbance, no mess at all clean and all packaging and old equipment removed.

Couldn’t have been a better experience. Shayne came out on the Monday, new boiler fitted early the following week. We have an old house needing renovations, and I knew there would be issues replacing the old boiler. The guys were good natured and patient despite endless problems with our old heating system. Would highly recommend.

Whole process from start to finish went well. Arrived as arranged. Boiler installed with little fuss. Fitter left the area clean and old boiler and waste materials were quickly removed. Good experience overall. Happy to recommend this company.

Fabulous service from start to finish, Shayne made me feel at ease when deciding about my new boiler. JD was professional and thorough when fitting it, even though there were a few complications along the way he took it in his stride and was still smiling after a VERY long day. Im delighted and would highly recommend Thistle Boilers.

This should have been a 2 man job but Eamonn was left to do it on his own. He did a great job but had to work his ass off till 9pm to finish it and make sure we had water and heating so a big thank you to Eamonn for your efforts. A little bit of brick work to do but thats a mute point.
Thistles sales guy shayne was great unlike 1or 2 others that quoted and after some negotiation i felt it was a fair deal so i would recommend Thistle for Boiler needs.

My experience was exactly what you want....

Thistle reached out after my enquiry and arrived when they said they would, then provided my combi boiler replacement options. My decision was made from the provided quotes. I was then given an installation date which suited us perfectly.
The installation engineer was welcoming and professional. Left the working space clean and tidy.

Job complete, payment made. Straight forward.

More importantly... I'll be more than happy to use Thistle Boilers again.

Everything about our experience with

The initial quote was spot on in terms of what was required and price. Installation was completed very soon after km the agreed date and completed by the afternoon, with a new thermostat fitted as well. No mess left behind.

Gary replied to my initial query in very quick time, arranged a home visit and arranged installation of my new boiler inside 1 week. Installer (can’t remember name sorry) was professional throughout and talked through the new boiler controls. Gary also attended during installation to ensure all was going well and called the following day to ensure I was happy with everything. Very nice touch. Would highly recommend. Cheers

Great service from Thistle Boilers!

Enquired online for a quote for a new boiler and Gary got back to me right away asking if he could come and look at our current one so he could price it - a few hours later he was here and done some rough figures for us to think about and he then emailed over 3 quotes for several boilers to choose from.

3 days later, his installer Eamonn was here and fitted our new boiler in an afternoon, once done he cleared up and took away the old boiler with him but not before showing me how the new wireless thermostat worked and how to top the boiler up if it ever needs doing etc.

New boiler is working great and fingers crossed for many years to come!

Also to top it off. Gary’s quote included 2 years free servicing so least the cost for these is taken care off for the next 2 services.
