Gary called today to fit a new boiler. Can't be happier did a thoroughly professional job. Tidied up after finishing. Would highly recommend him. First class thankyou so much.

First class service, Gary from Thistle Boilers, fitted our new boiler and showed great respect to the fitted kitchen and new rough cast. Is workmanship was excellent and got everything done in under 4 hours. That included spending time to check all radiators, taps etc and showing us the boiler controls and digital display.

Gary was efficient, professional, friendly and really good at his job. Had a busy schedule but was still able to fit me in for a boiler replacement the next day on a Saturday taking into consideration how frustrated I was that I couldn't get any other company out to do the job and had no heating for three days. Great job Gary

Contacted this company last Saturday after boiler gave up, 100% on trustpilot, every review mentions professional, tidy, on time, so I called, Gary responded quickly with some recommendations for me to look up and check out. Fitted me In within the week. Arrived on time at 8.30 and got to work, all new pipes, boiler and flue. Feb deal was central heating system power flush, all done quickly, easily and minimum disruption.Finished at 3.30pm, talked me through system, gave me all paperwork, instruction manual. Applied for warranty and will send that to me in due course, tidied up and left room as it was before he started. Took away all old piping, boiler etc.
What can I say! In this day and age of companies not turning up, not communicating, not doing what they said this was exceptional. No hidden costs, quote given and that’s what was paid. Just to phone for yearly service and he’ll do that to. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Had our boiler fitted a week ago all good. Gary advised on the boiler we require and the work to remove old back boiler and modify pipework. Work completed on time and to a very high standard. Highly recommended this company.

Had our boiler installed for few weeks now and are happy with the work Gary had done. Was super easy and quick to get a quote. Was out the next day after contacting home and within 48 hours we had a quote for the job. Unfortunately we had power supply issues and had struggles with our new boiler (nothing to do with the boiler or work installing it). However Gary was great and got a hold of an electrician to come to our house and fix the issue. Took a couple of days but Gary was texting making sure that it was getting sorted. Now issues all resolved boiler is up and running and now have proper heating.

Had Thistle boilers in to fit a new combi boiler. Very happy with the service, 10/10

Today Gary from Thistle Boilers fitted my new Worcester Greenstar 8000 plus Combi Boiler.
His new pipework was fitted and was so much more tidy and efficient than fitted for my previous boiler installed by someone else. His workmanship together with his politeness not to mention how tidy he left everything is testament to someone I would strongly recommend.

I used thistle boilers for replacing old radiators with towel rails in 2 rooms. The response was prompt and a quote was supplied after a few details exchanged about the job.
Arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard, very impressed with the professionalism and the work.

Couldn't recommend enough, from the start a quote was given from looking through the packages with no hidden costs, the actual fitting of the boiler was no bother at all and managed to squeeze me in pretty fast, Gary was polite and had everything tidied up at the end so wouldn't even know had been, would recommend to anyone looking to have a boiler replaced.

Highly recommend Thistle boilers great service from start to finish for installing new LPG boiler.
Arrived on date and time agreed (big bonus nowadays) very efficient and thorough. All pipe work very neat, and leaves job very clean and tidy no mess to clear up. Follow up call to check if everything is working ok and if we had any concerns.

I cant recommend Gary at Thistle Boilers highly enough. Always completes a job to a high standard and the communication from start to finish is top class. Gary recently installed a new boiler and heating system for us when we were building an extension and has continued to service it for us, he was a breath of fresh air and took a lot of stress away from us. We could trust his judgement and always rely on him for a first class job.
