phone to get a price to insure a watch.was told couldn’t give me a quote but did not give me a reason and i’m a registered foster parent with not a claim in my life it is a joke very let down .

Some weeks ago, I lost my wedding ring and finally contacted T.H. March. Jayde Bassett dealt with my claim throughout. I could not have asked for a more sympathetic and sensitive response. My claim was dealt with very efficiently and I was kept informed at all stages of the process. Any questions were answered thoroughly and patiently.
I have dealt with T.H. March for many years and will continue to use and recommend them for their excellent service.

The service provided by TH March (Jayde Bassett) has been outstanding from start to finish following the theft of my mothers diamond engagement ring. The time, consideration, empathy and assistance provided to us throughout the whole process has been excellent. I have never previously experienced such good service from an insurance provider, as from the outset Jayde (on behalf of TH March) actively sought to achieve the best possible outcome for mum, in the shortest possible time and with the minimum amount of obstacles. I contacted TH March in a panic after discovering the loss of a ring. I was helped by Charlotte who walked me through the process, which was approved in a very stress-free way.
Luckily, the ring was recovered so the main claim was no longer needed, but I was advised to get the ring checked and repaired which TH March covered.

I lost the diamond from my engagement ring and Oliver from THMarsh was so efficient and helpful, even chasing the company to ensure the repairs were being completed. We never wanted to have to claim but when we had to the process was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend to insure here.

Having been let down by another broker our jeweller recommended TH March. I spoke to Jessica Wright at around 1430hrs on a Wednesday and found her to be friendly and professional. She quickly ascertained what cover and levels we required. Time was of the essence as we only had two working days left before our policy was due for renewal. By 1635 that day we had a quotation. The following day we again spoke to Jessica to make a couple of fine adjustments and within 30 minutes we had agreed the price and the policy will be in place for our renewal date. Jessica made every thing so easy.
