This is a fraudulent company. My order of clothes was delivered but were not at all as described ... very poor quality fabric and no fabric labels inside, completely the wrong sizes but no sizing labels and very different pattern/colour to that on the website. No returns policy in the packaging ... but after several emails I was given an address to return the items to ... in Canada! My credit card company has reimbursed me pending full investigation.

The jacket arrived late (it does not come from the UK) and is poorly made. Returns are impossible. They offer you discounts but they are not as much as you would get if you return it even including the postage. Then they give you an address in Canada which turns out not to exist. Do not buy from them.

Please don’t buy from here. The difference in quality between the images on their website and reality is shocking. When I first ordered my goods at the beginning of December I was drawn in by the big discounts as the website said the owner of the store (which is set up to look like an independent boutique) was closing down. This story has now been removed from the website. When I received the goods I thought they had been sent to me in error because the quality was so poor, the packaging unbranded and there was no paperwork. The jumpers were supposed to be cashmere but what arrived was made of cheap synthetic fabric and the labels have been cut out. I immediately tried to start the refund process and received a response asking me to send pictures to show why the goods were faulty. They aren’t faulty they are poor quality and not as described which is hard to prove in a photo and when the garments have no labels. I persisted and was offered and 20% discount then a 30% discount because ‘shipping costs would be high’. I explained I would be willing to cover the shipping costs and would prefer a full refund. I have heard nothing since despite repeatedly emailing. The company is based in Canada. Please don’t be drawn in by the instagram ads like I was - you’ll be disappointed.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying - it's a total scam! Items said to be cashmere were synthetic, I received a 40% refund instead of the full amount - I have never ever bought from a company that was beyond TERRIBLE - an actual SCAM!!

The items were not first cousin to description. Poor quality, poor cut, sizing wrong and pure cashmere was nasty acrylic, labels cut out). The promised refund hasn't happened. I was offered 20% but insisted on a full refund. Only way was to return to Canada, with tracking and insurance, which I did at cost of £21. After several attempts to deliver, Royal Mail gave up and returned the package to me. Customer Service are not replying. nly gave it 1 star because no star not available

A sophisticated scam

They have set up a sophisticated scam.
Originally, they did not indicate that returns had to be sent to Canada, but this has now been added to their website.
Originally, the website was headed by a fake photograph of a Thompson Oxford shop, this has now been removed.
They have used deception to extract payment from trusting people by advertising cashmere garments and delivering polyester garments with all labels removed.
I have been trying, via my credit card provider American Express, to obtain a refund. It seems I have return it to Canada before that can happen, occurring further costs. Nightmare.
Moral of the story, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Scam - received two items not as described - keep away and let others know

as above- complete scam! Items not as described, labels cut out of them, shoes dreadful. Also offered partial refund, eventually offered 50%.I declined and spent £36 returning to Canada. Sent proof and tracking which they kept on saying they could not access. Eventually I got a full refund though based on the tacking screenshots I sent. Just as well as I had the parcel returned to me as the address was fake!

Scam, do not buy! Not a nice lady closing down her shop! Definitely NOT a hair of cashmere in the clothes. Bin bag without refund recipt arrived after weeks, crammed in plastic clothing, all small chinese sizes. Answers once a day to emails, first offering 10%, eventually 50% refund as a final offer. In order to send it back to an address in Canada, you spend at least 38 pound and need additional data. I managed to get an additional house number, but not a phone number which you need to proceed sending through Customs. Very sad experience, how silly to want to treat myself with a nice luxury. All I got was weeks of waiting and stress about it before finally accepting 50% refund, what a scam. I hope the lawyer above gets them :(

Absolute scam !! What I ordered and what I received were completely different with no way to return without being very expensive and no return address !! In the picture looked lovely and what I received is diabolical not even good enough for the charity shop ! It’s a shame I can’t show pictures is there not trading standards in Canada?????

They are fake
They have put fake images on their fake site with quality looking garments and a fake story of personal business closing down hence the sale.
It is the worst quality clothing you have ever seen when it finally arrives from China or some child worker factory.

They then just send automated emails when you try to get refunded.

Horrible experience. Nasty fakes instead of advertised clothing. Pushed for a 50% refund otherwise paying a fortune to return to 'Canada'. Not the UK. They see us coming. Hats off, a clever scam. My bank has an exhaustive claim form so given up.

Just a heads up for the others who have been scammed by this shower, I successfully applied for a chargeback on my credit card. If all those who paid by card do this it might just teach these crooks a lesson!

What a scam wish I had read these reviews before falling for the supposedly uk based company and their closing down sale!
I ordered a blue cashmere jumper, named as such and under the description it said made from cashmere but when it arrived it was nothing like the photo, colour was more grey and ugly polyester material, it was also labelled as polyester.
I contacted the company for the refund the website clearly states you can request but was informed it needs to be sent to Canada! For the full refund and they proceeded to offer me 20% 30% 40% then 50% refund to keep the nasty top and not have to pay the £35 (I checked the cost to return) which I ended up accepting, felt like I was cutting my losses. After reading the previous reviews I will now contact my bank to pursue a full refund.
TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered a jumper on 16th December and still not received it. They do respond via email with very polite emails but the promised reimbursement is yet to arrive. Apparently the item was not delivered by the courier, that is their problem not mine to sort out. Address was correct, this is a scam. Do NOT purchase from this company.

Received several fake cashmere items of very very poor quality. I requested a refund, but they denied it citing their 14-day return policy: 14 days after purchase. However, I only received the parcel after one month. Their return policy is unreasonable.

I bought a blue cashmere jumper for £39.95 but when it arrived three weeks later, it was a grey 95% polyester top! After requesting a refund by a trail of emails, I was offered a 20, 30,40 and then 50% refund and keep the garment. Having refused all these, I had an offer of 100% refund provided I returned the garment. The return address was in Canada!
I reported the scam to my bank and received an immediate full refund. Yes, I was scammed and it wasted a lot of time. I’ve still got the shabby polyester top although it will be going in the clothing recycling bin shortly.

One star is too many. I feel so stupid to have fallen for this scam. Appalling clothes and I even sent it back to Canada only to have it returned with "wrong address" written on it.

TERRIBLE - not only I fell for the 80% off but also for the get an extra free item if you shop 5 so I bought 6 items and they are all absolutely horrible. All the labels cut, no size, material entirely polyester and arrived in a black bin bag taped together using tape. I almost cried. Couldn't believe I fell for such scammers......
