Great customer service, great ideas, great delivery/returns system, cant say a bad word

Ordered a selection of items for the first time, they were a little bit delayed, but I expected that as the items were on sale. They arrived well packaged and fit exactly as I expected, so no strange sizes. They've been through a wash cycle and they haven't immediately shrunk either, so very happy.

Also gave them feedback and was actually emailed back about my comments which proves they read them, so huge thumbs up from me.

Very pleasing purchases at good prices with delivery sooner than the estimated time.

Thread's trick is to lure you in with the promise of a referral discount but will then cancel your order so that they don't need to honour the discount. I have heard this from other people and have just experienced it.

Tasmina, this was a genuine order. I am a real person. I have not ordered through Thread before. The payment card is in my name, and my residential address and delivery address is different to the person referring me. There is no wrongdoing here other than by Thread. Clearly you just did not want to honour the discount and put me through the trouble of having to place the order and make payment knowing full well you were not going to honour the discount. I have been warned that this is what Thread does which is why I asked you to confirm this before placing the order.

Outstanding service. The phone app is excellent with new items and ideas posted daily. I’ve used Thread for a few years and they haven’t given me a reason to go anywhere else. Very happy.

Thread is a very good way of organising your wardrobe, giving you a chance to customise your clothing preferences and then showing you available items within your size range from various sources, many on sale and promotion. The items arrive promptly and well packaged, with an easy return process if needed. They take the stress out of clothes shopping and make it easy to create your own identity through the clothing you wear. A very good, easy to use, service!

After a few mishaps of trying to make my mind up what sizes to buy I ended up buying 2 pairs of shorts, a pair of chinos, a polo shirt and a linen shirt. As the items were over £50 I got free postage and it’s free to return any items. I returned a few as I couldn’t make my mind up what size to buy. Thank you for the love hearts which is a nice surprise and it goes a long way as an appreciation for buying from thread. I will no doubt buy some more items when autumn comes to add to my collection.

Perfectly good experience, easy to order and great communication. The delivery did take longer than I thought it would but I was updated regularly. The items were beautifully packaged too.

All purchases delivered in a speedy manner, very well wrapped and presented. I like Thread and find them a reliable online retailer. So far everything is great. To get to a 5 star review, i'd like to see more customized offers and more outfit ideas.

Excellent quality, great suggestions and efficient delivery service.

Good range of products, easy to filter by price/ size/ style etc. And very prompt returns for when sizes arent quite right.

Plenty of good ideas and a wide range of budgets
catered for, the discount prices can be very good.

Happy with this site. I enjoy the outfit selections, and the different styling ideas. However, I am tall, and there is seemingly no adaptation of the outfits to us. Therefore I would be very hesitant to purchase anything, as I expect it would not fit.
