Great to get clothing from various makes, not all too expensive. As I live on a small island I mostly buy all my clothes online. This last order was a little late, and I kept 2 out of the three items I was sent. All round good service, especially tips on how to put an outfit together.

Only once have I received a product from Thread that was not as pictured on the site. The photo on the site was of a pair of Colchester Rubber Co 1892 National Treasure High Tops, but what was sold was a pair of US Rubber Co Colchester Contrast Hi. Upon further investigation, it seems that US Rubber Co is using photos of Colchester Rubber Co products on their website.

Great site and the ad users are very knowledgeable. Occasionally the produ t we site is cheaper with more options but overall great place to shop.

Thread is my go to platform for menswear. The range is fantastic and I have access to all my favourite brands. Thread delivers great service every time.

I ordered two dresses, they came wrapped well and quickly.
One of them was a perfect fit and I have kept it and I felt really good in it.
The second was supposed to be my size, it was at least two sizes smaller which was very disappointing as it was gorgeous and I so wished it would have fit me.
I returned it through the post office and got notification two days later that they had received it, which was excellent service. This was yesterday, so I'm yet to get the refund, but the return process is a big thing for me as when some companies take a couple of weeks I always wonder if its been lost.
I will definitely buy from them again, if it wasn't for that dress size it would have been a 5 star rating as everythng else was perfect.

Excellent service and great quality of clothing. Delivery is normally pretty quick and they give multiple options on how to return items for most convenience. I've been a customer for a few years and keep coming back again and again.

It's very clear that Thread really values their customers. I ordered a shirt for a wedding and when unboxing on the day of the wedding, I realised there was a stain on the shirt. With no time to get a new on in time, I emailed thread asking for a refund/exchange option. Not only did they provide both options and sent a new one out immediately, they let me wear the original / stained one with the option to then send back foc. Instant responses from their support team via email. All super friendly.

As a result, I will definitely be using Thread again. Not many brands take customer experience to this level.

The clothes arrived within a couple of days, it was very fast. They were very high quality as well, very good value for the price. They sent some complimentary candy as well, very good service.
