Threshers Avis 

Delivery guy (DPD ) was polite but my package arrived damaged I advised him to return my order which he didn’t argue about DPD advised of the product return but Threshers didn’t reorder my stock until I enquired three days later, I was promised immediate dispatch! Four days later still no delivery contacted them again DPD advised me awaiting my order m, Nothing from customer services no apology absolutely appalling service from a well known company :- need to get your act together we are customers that help support your company and staff. Do better

I ordered a case (24x 330ml cans) of IPA ale from Threshers online on the 1st July 2026. Payment was taken immediately from my credit card.
The following day I received an email from Threshers saying they had cancelled my order. No explanation was given.
I emailed them to ask why they had cancelled my order - it's been over a week now and still no reply.
I went on their website a few days later to check the IPA beer I had ordered, and it was still for sale.
Terrible customer service.

Good online service

The order was late by a week as scheduled and I had to buy more wine elswhere for the party.

Ordered bottle of RUM from Threshers with next day delivery.
Nothing turned up, sent several emails requesting an update as their advertised number to call is a disconnected number.
Only communication received was a one liner saying Order Cancelled.

No information to say why or when a refund would be available.

Very poor company to deal with with next to nothing in customer service.

Strongly advise you look elsewhere if you do not wish to be dissapointed.

Great product and service

Only order from Threshers if you want to be bombarded with spam email multiple times each week for the rest of eternity. They will send it whether you check the box or not. They will never unsubscribe you, however often you ask. I deliberately did NOT check the "send me unsolicited junk emails" box when I ordered.

I ordered a bottle of Shivering Mountain pink gin from Threshers' website which they described as tasting of rhubarb. First they sent completely the wrong product, so I had the hassle of repackaging it and taking it to a delivery hub to be sent back.
They eventually sent the correct product but it doesn't taste of rhubarb in the slightest. The best thing about the product is the bottle.

My whole experience with Threshers has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will not be using them again, ever.

My item arrived damaged and, as a collecter piece, this is hugely disappointing - it was just not wrapped / packaged carefully and thoroughly enough ahead of courier dispatch. I have been trying to communicate with customer service to arrange a return since the day the package was delivered - 10 days ago - and still no reply to my emails. It's just not good enough.

Placed order and paid, got some money refunded. Delivery was for a birthday present and it didn't arrive until a few days after the persons birthday

Delivery chap was great English Garden Anon nearly spot on for non alcoholic Pimm's but id is ridiculous

They sell alcohol and they are using the one courier (DPD) that insist on photoID, so if you don’t happen to drive or have a passport, you’re screwed.

Why does a retailer operate in a way as to make it as convoluted and difficult as possible to get what they want you to buy?

Excellent service, prompt and everything arrived in perfect condition.

I paid extra to have a gift wrapped bottle of champagne sent to the Airbnb where we were staying, as a gift for the wedding we were attending. We had a text on the day the bottle was due to be delivered saying that DPD couldn’t find the address.

The wedding was on Saturday 16th May so the champagne was not delivered in time. So we couldn’t bring the gift to the wedding.

Then this morning,18th May, my son had a text to say that someone at DPD had tried to redeliver the gift to the address. This is the address couldn’t find on Friday.

Ruimed the day. Won’t order from them again.

I ordered cans of Guinness and got sent 4 bottles of Gin (mistakes happen). The customer service number is disconnected so had to wait 2 days for email reply. Told my order would be sent out with a QR code to return wrong order. Apparently I have to take their wrong order to a drop-off point as they won't send a driver which is poor!. Didn't get my correct order now being told after chasing they want the incorrect order back first. Nearly 2 weeks on and still don't have my correct order which I've paid for!
