Thrivory Values Integrity and People Over Profit

As a small business owner in healthcare, cash flow during expansion and while waiting on insurance reimbursements can be stressful. Partnering with Thrivory has already shown me how much support this will provide my practice as we grow.
What stood out most was how much they genuinely care about me as a person and not just another account. Before finalizing anything, their leadership team took time to carefully explain the terms of the contract and how the claims purchasing process works. Afterwards, they spoke together and felt I might not have fully understood everything. Instead of pushing forward, the CEO personally called me to go over it again, asking what *I* understood and making sure I could clearly explain it back. He even said he couldn’t in good conscience move forward if I didn’t fully grasp what I was signing. That honesty and integrity meant so much.
Being able to demonstrate that I did understand was reassuring—but even more reassuring was the fact that they cared enough to pause and double-check. That personal attention gave me the confidence that I was making the right choice.
Thrivory’s mission is to help healthcare practices access capital without risk or debt so we can remain independent and thrive. My practice’s mission is to empower children and their families through compassionate, comprehensive care in speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Both of our organizations exist to help others thrive, and I can honestly say Thrivory has lived up to their mission through the care and support they’ve provided me so far.
I’m grateful to be starting this journey with them and feel secure knowing I chose a company that values integrity, transparency, and people over profit.
