There was some initial confusion about the availability of the part but ultimately it was shipped and arrived quickly. My advice is; if something is shipped directly from the manufacturer, just say so... Voir plus

Throtl Refused to Help—Even When the Manufacturer Would Refund Them
We spent over $3,000 on parts from Throtl for older vehicle parts. After finally acquiring the rest of the necessary parts from other vendors, we took everything to our mechanic for installation. Unfortunately, both the front and rear Whiteline sway bars—purchased through Throtl—did not fit our vehicle, despite being listed as compatible on their website.
We contacted Throtl to request a refund due to this fitment issue. The representative said they would look into it. Meanwhile, we replaced the sway bars with an Eibach front and a Nolathane rear, both of which fit perfectly. When picking up the Nolathane bar directly from Zeder (the parent company of Whiteline), their representative told us they had not received any communication from Throtl. He also said that given the fitment issue, a refund would not be unreasonable—but that it would need to be processed through Throtl.
We shared this information and the Zeder representative’s contact details with Throtl. Instead of reaching out or facilitating a simple resolution, Throtl sent a curt response denying the refund, citing missing packaging, the passage of time, and product condition—even though the issue was caused by their incorrect fitment listing.
What’s especially frustrating is that Throtl wouldn’t lose a penny by helping us. Zeder has no issue with the packaging and is willing to process a refund. Throtl would be reimbursed and all it would take is a brief conversation to get things started. But instead of spending five minutes to assist a loyal customer, they chose to hide behind policy. That’s not customer service—it’s customer deflection.
If the parts had not been listed as compatible, I never would have bought them. Because of Throtl’s misleading fitment information and refusal to stand behind what they sell, I’m now left with $600 worth of unusable parts.
Throtl appears to prioritize rigid policy over doing what’s right, even when the solution is easy and cost-free to them. I recommend shopping elsewhere—at a place that values its customers and stands by its service.
