Welcome to the Through the Lens Workshops. We are Dibs and Duncan, a small group of dedicated, skilled photographers with a wealth of experience and knowledge in all disciplines of photography. The team have a wealth of experience in running workshops on a one-to-one basis, in group environments and also for much larger sessions for the likes of camera clubs. Collectively we knew there would be value in working together, and since making to decision to do so, we have delivered over 400 workshops. These are always quality workshops in the East of England area and even further afield, but always with an emphasis on trying to reduce the overall cost for all participants, to try and make photography more accessible for everybody.

Great experience
Dibs and Duncan work very hard to put on worthwhile photographic workshops and events. Have been to a few now and can say I’ve never been disappointed. If you need any photographic assistance or pointers on the day they are always there.

Informal friendly group
I’ve always found this group to be very welcoming and friendly, help is always on hand if needed, photographic filters, and flash guns can be tried out if applicable to the subject. The group leadership is very inclusive towards a range of skill levels and will happily take time with anyone wishing to learn new techniques.
Have attended several of their events and thoroughly enjoyed them all.

Photography workshops
Very well organised, the tutors have a great local knowledge and know all the best locations. There is plenty of assistance available for photographers of all levels. These workshops are well attended with a good mix of people. Exceptional value for money, would certainly recommend to others.

a much varied programme. visiting Happisburgh to Burnham and much more. A great set of like minded togs with Dibs and Duncan on hand if any queries were raised. Excellently organised throughout the day from 5am to 5pm including meal breaks. Plenty of opportunities to get "that shot" but more importantly, to enjoy yourself and have fun

Great day out with the TTL team
Great day out with the TTL team. Dibs and Duncan were perfect hosts for the workshop managing the infirmities of some of the older members and advising on camera angles and techniques. I learned a lot and got some great shots. Got fit too though my joints are giving me hell today after climbing Cardiac Hill 😉👍.
