Customer service was really good and friendly. I ordered a scraping tool which is really good, premium scissors for cutting ktape and I ordered 3 rolls of k tape. I was not impressed by the k tape as each roll as not been able to stick to my clients, the adhesive used on the tape is really poor. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or this is normal.

Hello James, as mentioned in our email conversation, there are several factors that could be affecting the tape's adhesion, such as excessive stretching or oily/dirty skin. I recommend testing all the colours on different people/areas. If the tape still doesn't adhere well, please don't hesitate to reach out to us again.

We're sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. Your review was linked to an order that didn't request express delivery, leading us to assume it wasn't paid for. Then you placed another order two weeks later and paid for express delivery. Regrettably, Royal Mail's service fell short of its promise and delivered a day too late, which is beyond our control and one of the reasons why we're discontinuing the option for express delivery. We've already refunded you for the express delivery costs.
We kindly ask if you would reconsider your review regarding our customer service. I hope you understand that we are doing our best to keep everyone happy, but in some cases this is out of our hands.
